Re: Syracuse 2022

I'm not sure what people expected from Syracuse this year. New coaching staff + huge question marks at defense and goalie don't create great conditions for success. at least the goalie situation has improved, and the offense is playing well. The albany loss is bad, but all in all, I would say that ...

Re: Syracuse 2022

Expected a rebuilding year but ever since they actually played a complete game against Duke this team has mostly looked lost. Losing to a bad Albany team is one thing but 20+ turnovers and 5 offsides in one game??? I know Gary is essentially getting a free pass this first season but really need to s...

Big surprise.
I was hoping Cuse might turn out to be a quality win for us.
Doesn't look hopeful for that.
In Petro's defense, Cuse gave up 40 goals to ND in two games last season.

Re: ND vs Syracuse

Not sure why but ND has become the nightmare match-up for the Orange. The Irish seem to be able to do whatever they want when they want, and then throw in a few crazy goals that make you go what? On top of that they had some dude set the school record for goals in one game who only had 2 goals so fa...

Re: Syracuse 2022

Nice to see a couple of weeks of improvement from the Orange. Beating SB and Duke may not mean much down the road and I still have doubts they're a Tournament team. but seeing consistent improvement in Gaits first year should be a good sign moving forward. As weird as it can still be to see Petro r...

Re: Syracuse 2022

Terrible goal to give up there at the end of the half. Duke has certainly been a 2nd half team so hopefully that won't come back to haunt the Orange.

Re: Syracuse 2022

Lucas Quinn injured? No mention of him in the Stony Brook game. Yes. Not sure what the extent of his injury is, but he was on the sideline last weekend with his arm in a sling. Guessing he's going to be out for a little bit but haven't heard anything yet. I'm sorry to hear it, too. Quinn on the sid...

Or Towson. Not sure the last time they played each other in the regular season but they've had some solid games over the years.

Intimate, in the woods and saturated in championships
Calling that a stadium is generous. Actually considering how successful the lacrosse and field hockey programs have been it's sad the school hasn't built them a real venue.

Re: Syracuse at Virginia

A Petro defense looking slow, lost, and 10 steps behind? Color me shocked. Cuse's goalie is playing well considering the onslaught, plus emotional angle. You think the problem is coaching? They have better players at every position. All the coaching in the won’t fix that. Recruiting is the only ans...

Re: Maryland at Syracuse

The first push in the back. Ball crossed the goal before the Syracuse push in the back. The 2nd half one where they wouldn’t even show the replay because the goal scored before a step in the crease by a wide margin and it was embarrassing for the refs. I would have liked to see a replay on the DeMa...

Re: Maryland at Syracuse

If the Orange can maintain the edge in face-offs they could realistically have a chance in this game. I imagine Maryland may switch some things up with how they're playing Dordevic.

He had a couple of nice assists in the 1st half. Feels like he's trying to do a little to much in the 2nd.

Re: Yale 2022

Is Jack Starr injured or is he just no longer the starter? Looks like Yale only had 1 save in the 1st half.
