There is a massive difference in talent between these two teams.

Never say never but man, if ND doesn’t win by 10+, that’ll be a disappointment for them.
Eventually they will pull away, but as long as Albany can hang around they are going to play slow on offense and try to limit possessions in the game. Following the Gtown play book.

4-4 now. Of course.

😂
I would be very happy to be wrong on that prediction, if Albany wins

5-4 Albany. Half. Of course. 😂😂

Watch the only upset this weekend be the #1 team. Because why not.

(I’ll repeat: these teams aren’t even talent-wise, but you still need to play the game. Has Albany won even one FO?!)).

Said last week the only team that will beat ND is ND. They seemed determined to do it today.

You can challenge without having a timeout? Do they just take it from you for the 2H?

That feels rather convenient to me

LOL, Albany has outplayed them flat out. It's not like ND is giving up a ton of TOs (7 - same as Albany). 8 Out of 11 FOs and down.

They had 7 unforced turnovers in the first quarter and gave Albany a 3 minute nonreleasable. What game are you watching lmao

If you can't capitalize on an 8 to 3 FO advantage, which team is getting outplayed? Keep saying LMAO like you're gen z however.

NDs turnovers are almost entirely unforced vs Albany getting stripped left and right. You conveniently skipped over the 3 minute unreleasable. You dont know lacrosse like you think you do.

Ah yes, "entirely unforced" and "7 unforced turnovers". Albany has 3 caused turnovers by their defenders. Which is it? Do you know math?

I think you're right. Just got confused with Joe B saying Marr threw the challenge. But they probably picked it up

I'm expecting a much different Irish team in the 2nd half. You know Corrigan is losing his mind in the locker room.

I don’t have a stat sheet in front of me. Benennati said they had 7 unforced turnovers in the first quarter. They currently have 11 total. Are you simple?

I’ll probably jinx it now but this is looking a lot like the Gtown game so far.

No offense to Albany, but Georgetown is significantly more talented than Albany.

I think it's premature to just crown someone champ or say it's impossible for someone to beat XYZ team. UVa did lose to UMBC in the first round as the #1 overall seed in basketball. Upsets do happen afterall.

As an ND fan, this is an extremely poor showing. A good team would be kicking NDs ass right now.

I mean you’re not wrong, I agree. I think Albany is a good team, and it seems the Irish didn’t take them seriously at the start. Maybe it’s cliche but isn’t the mark of a great team being able to win even if you don’t play well?

This comment is more so just clapping back at the Kavanagh/Irish haters who were dreaming for an upset.
