How tall is BU’s fogo? (Watching w/o sound in case that’s been discussed on the broadcast).

They apparently ordered the turf in brindle.

I thought this was a dangerous game for Army from the start.

Does anyone recall BU running 10man vs Navy? I don’t remember them doing it, and being surprised BU looked nothing like the past couple years.
A fraudulent intent, however carefully concealed at the outset, will generally, in the end, betray itself.

A real clunker.

Too bad.

Army has their work cut out to get a solid, top 4-5 seed.
Hope they can make another year end run.

That's certainly not a given at this point though.
Well that sure didn't happen.

Yes. We (Navy) scored a couple because of it. I remember thinking, why would you 10 man a team that is so challenged in the 6 on 6.

BU beaten Army 3x in a row. Won Patriot League Regular Season last 2 years and PL tournament in 2022.

Hmm, yes, Army beat Cuse, but not sure about number one being more than a meme stock. Nice win BU.

Checked the box score. Army pulled their goalie and #2 didn't help. Total save % was about 35%. Did they have "one of those games "or was BU on fire?

BU finally looked like team that won the PL in 2022 and the regular season PL last year. Played with much better energy tonight. The trick is can they maintain that through the rest of the year.

BU played well, particularly settled defense, but they weren't on fire. Smart game plan to draw out Army's poles and attack with long dodges from X...generated a bunch of scoring chances near the crease.

Army didn't have much juice tonight and played uphill. Slow and stagnant settled offense, uncharacteristic turnovers, poor shooting.

Feel like the home teams have a noticeable edge in these Friday night games.

Patriot , like ALL leauges, are a ONE bid league. (except the ACC, which isn't even a league, but n$aa invite$ are theirs to lose )

Army will NOT win the Patriot league. Will this be the first time, the n$aa invites TWO teams from the Patriot league? Hope so.

Don't think the Big 10 or Ivies are 1 bid. I assume you are talking leagues with tournaments or add the ACC.

Yes, yes Big and Ivies are NOT i bids. Should have made that clear. laxmafia stuff. (cue the rpi/sos ....winning not important stuff )

Specifically..........and historically, all the other leagues only chance is the AQ.

It's not like this is lost on the coaches of Jacksonville, Towson, Villanova (although the BIG east has had two invites....the Tierney effect ) Furman, Colgate, etc..........

Is Merrimack finally eligible for the n$aa's this year. Strange, that Furman was eligible year one. Different rules, we guess
