Army At Boston University-Friday Evening At 6:00 PM

Can BU at least give them a battle to the end? Or close to the end?

Dangerous game for Army,

ugly, weather-wise - well, better than Saturday anyway,

not a game or timing-wise, also, that Cadets can afford to lose.

To say that Cadets can afford to lose is silly, That coaching staff will have them ready to play, they only need to stop 8 and 11 no Ley hurts BU.

I'd love to see a close game but BU is at a huge disadvantage at the X and has gotten very little out of their middies not running on the 1st line. Also, I'd expect Pilate to give whoever he covers (D'Alto or Perfetto) a really hard time and too many points come from just those two. That being said, many of BU's best players have beaten Army before and 1/2 the battle is believing!

Believe it or not, this might be the best chance to beat Army for any Patriot League squad this season. One must remember that Friday games on the road can often present challenging situations for teams. They have been through a long week, they have to travel, and, when they arrive, they don't have much time to get settled. Therefore, if Army wins handily, I think it would prove yet another point of how good they are.

BU needs the 10 man ride to be on tonight for any chance to win.

Agreed. I can't see BU generating a ton of offense in settled six on six situations. They need the ten man and to be very efficient on man up if and when the opportunities present.

Army by 5-6. Like 12-7 or something I think. They’ll Cornell the BU O.
Now I love those cowboys, I love their gold
Love my uncle, God rest his soul
Taught me good, Lord, taught me all I know
Taught me so well, that I grabbed that gold
I left his dead ass there by the side of the road, yeah

Meant control. I know they’ve got some wide win spreads this year but stifle predicating more than a 6-7 goal spread in general.

Not sure what’s worse, Army’s start or BU’s turf field.

Army sneaks one in (needed a review to confirm) then puts another one in with 8 sec to go in the qtr.
4-2, BU, end of 1.

That's too bad.
A stinker.

Welp, every team has had one this year.

Army will take a hit on this game, even if they pull it out.

I don't think they will if they dominate in the second half.
That's certainly not a given at this point though.
