IMO IF the NCAA put a roster cap on teams. Lets just say 40 players...... now imagine if those players that 'fall into' being 41 - 50+ on the roster trickle down to the middle and lower DI schools. And then some to DII and DII. Wouldn't the level of play increase for all teams? I would think so. Not...
