NCAA announced today that the 2026 Championship Weekend (Men's and D1 Women's) won't be at Gillette Stadium due to the FIFA World Cup.
So where to next?
FIFA World Cup means 2026 NC needs a new location

Rutgers. Day trip from Baltimore, Long Island and New England. Even shorter from Philly. Stadium now (as opposed to the late 90's, early "00s when they hosted 3 times) has a capacity as large as the largest NC attendance but not mammoth like Michigan's Big House.

Navy/Marine Corps Memorial stadium. Plenty of parking; great place to tailgate.

Anywhere but Hartford CT. Would love if they tried somewhere new off the east coast, but doubt that happens
