Rudy expects Epstein fallout.
What he actually said is a speculation that pretty much anyone could make, but it's not as if Rudy hasn't traveled in and around these circles himself. I've only met Rudy once, as a guest of a neighbor at a small fundraiser back in 2007 or 8, and he sure came across as quite slimy even then. I was mightily disappointed in the Mayor at that meeting, made it quite easy not to donate.
It's been interesting to see how Dershowitz has had such allegiance to Trump, who, of course, was all pally with the Clintons pre right wing conversion. All pals of Epstein. All 'dogs'. And enablers, apologists.
But this is likely also about the money interests, how Epstein was actually making his dough (it wasn't his investment acumen), and how he gained leverage in the super rich and powerful community. Tax fraud? Money laundering? Off shore shelters? With sex mixed in?
