BTW...using this logic, most cancer deaths would not be from cancer. The original tumor for which a person diagnosed rarely is the cause of death. Usually it is secondary metastasis that get people. It is a result of the co-morbidity of the first tumor.
Is it your position that all these increased deaths have nothing to do with the virus? That it is all blown it of proportion?
It would be great to hear from others with your background and/or understanding, in the interest of open discourse.
You didn't answer Bart's question, bolded above. You want discourse? Great. Answer his question, and we'll discuss your answer.
It's perfectly fine to lose interest in a conversation, or a poster....in this case, your's truly.
But to claim that he wants discourse, yet runs to the exit every time someone asks a question of tech, asking to clarify a position?
That's not discourse. And that's not someone who's here to share viewpoints. And again: that's fine. But don't claim a desire for viewpoints...when the reality is, the desire is for the SAME viewpoints. Others need not apply.
You didn't answer it directly, but you did indeed "address" it..equivocating by saying Bart is being "logical as well"...and the other position is "interesting" and by implication "logical" too.
Can you discern a difference that makes one or the other more compelling? Or no, they both seem to have equal value, equal likelihood of being correct?
Hint and to be clear: IMO one is wrong on its face. Bart say "alogical". He's polite.

Most certainly shutting down the world caused excess deaths... that would otherwise not have taken place. To try and set up tech, or anyone for that matter, is disingenuous. If you watched the entire video...the man simply states it is intriguing and not fully understood, but the stats speak for themselves; nothing more.

Actually statistics kinda require context. In isolation they are just random number generator relevant. Otherwise you’re talking descriptive statistics which offer no value outside the very specific cohort studied, but what you and others are thinking when talking statistics is inferential statistics where one can derive distribution patterns from a study or specific pool of data points.youthathletics wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 12:32 pmYou are setting up and choosing to argue an "either/or" position, when it clearly can be both and more; it is boolean logic, not binary.Bart wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 10:12 amSo we have to believe that all those people with co-morbidities would have just died anyhow? We are not discussing any excess deaths caused by shutting down, we are talking about excess deaths with a COVID diagnosis. But to implicate that the shuttling down has lead a huge spikes in excess death is an equally bad take imo.

“During the interview, Stockton asserted that more than 100 professional athletes have died of vaccination. He also said tens of thousands of people – perhaps millions – have died from vaccines.
“I think it’s highly recorded now, there’s 150 I believe now, it’s over 100 professional athletes dead – professional athletes – the prime of their life, dropping dead that are vaccinated, right on the pitch, right on the field, right on the court,” Stockton said in the interview.”
Another damned fool.

i dunno. when it comes to that point, i'm surely not defending his position. i am saying it looks like few (and many others) are refusing to comply with orders:Typical Lax Dad wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 1:46 pmNo a guy that had been asked to wear a mask but refused. Re: All things CoronaVirus
Thanks youth but I didn't feel as though "set up." I will say that Bart was a bit defensive with his answer, most likely because he thought I was posting Campbell as fact, which I was not and tried to address that with him.Bart wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 1:31 pmSet up Tech? How so? Disingenuous? Please.youthathletics wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 12:32 pmYou are setting up and choosing to argue an "either/or" position, when it clearly can be both and more; it is boolean logic, not binary.Bart wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 10:12 amSo we have to believe that all those people with co-morbidities would have just died anyhow? They had a co-morbidity that the virus just pushed them over the edge. Happens with viral infections right(it does)......... So we would expect similar excess deaths every year when cold and flu season hits would we not? Or...perhaps it is because of this particular virus that these people died. IT is a BS postulation imo. An extra 150K(ball park here) just do not die every year due to viral infections....if so there would be no real excess deaths right now would there.tech37 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 8:01 am Interesting stats from the "UK nurse trainer " ... post FOIA:

BTW...using this logic, most cancer deaths would not be from cancer. The original tumor for which a person diagnosed rarely is the cause of death. Usually it is secondary metastasis that get people. It is a result of the co-morbidity of the first tumor.
Is it your position that all these increased deaths have nothing to do with the virus? That it is all blown it of proportion?
Most certainly shutting down the world caused excess deaths... that would otherwise not have taken place. To try and set up tech, or anyone for that matter, is disingenuous. If you watched the entire video...the man simply states it is intriguing and not fully understood, but the stats speak for themselves; nothing more.
We are not discussing any excess deaths caused by shutting down, we are talking about excess deaths with a COVID diagnosis. But to implicate that the shuttling down has lead a huge spikes in excess death is an equally bad take imo.
I did watch the entire video and that is why I replied. IMO, it is neither intriguing or a good take. The idea that these individuals with co-morbidities may had died anyhow is complete crap and not really intriguing at all.
