Who will win
Will there be any upsets Wednesday in the South. Interesting 3 teams from GLVC playing

Re: Who will win
My prediction:
Saint A's over Bentley - 13-8
Pace over Mercyhurst- 11-10
Limestone over Uindy- 16-6
Maryville over Lewis- 12-11 OT
Adelphi will probably win the North. But whoever wins the south (most likely Tampa, Limestone or LR) will win the whole thing.

agree with Gaits also strongly disagree with 3 GLVC teams (maybe 1) and only 2 SAC teams - could have been 4 SAC teams
Re: Who will win
Can’t see any upsets in the South. Still socked at the selections. Doesn’t make sense! Although as a Limestone fan rather be playing Uindy than Wingate!Laxforever wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 10:13 pm Will there be any upsets Wednesday in the South. Interesting 3 teams from GLVC playing

Agree…South has to be the favorite with Limestone, LR or Tampa. Still don’t see how Tampa is #1 seed and gets a cakewalk into the Semi’s.GaitsRightHand wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:27 am My prediction:

Agreed.. I thought Tampa would be the #3 and no Uindy at all.Pitt12 wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 1:00 pmAgree…South has to be the favorite with Limestone, LR or Tampa. Still don’t see how Tampa is #1 seed and gets a cakewalk into the Semi’s.GaitsRightHand wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:27 am My prediction:

Re: Who will win
I agree…you could argue Limestone as the #2 and LR #1 with them 1-1 against each other and Tampa having lost to LRGaitsRightHand wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 1:10 pmAgreed.. Re: Who will win
Well Uindy came to play. Good game. Limestone better clean it up or will be a long day against LRGaitsRightHand wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 1:10 pmAgreed.. Yeah, Uindy played better than I expected. Tied 13-13 with 4 mins left in the 4th. Like you said, Limestone better get it together. 3rd meeting between LR and Stone.Pitt12 wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:30 pmWell Uindy came to play. Good game. We have our Final Four!
NORTH: Adelphi vs Saint Anselm
SOUTH: Lenoir Rhyne vs Tampa
Looks like these will both be excellent games next weekend to determine who goes to the natty.

Re: Who will win
Keep an eye on that Adelphi vs St A's game... This will be the 3rd time they play each other this season. Both games won by Adelphi, by one goal. Hard to beat a good team 3 times... but here are my predictions:D2LaxMan44! wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 9:01 pm We have our Final Four!

Adelphi beats St A's 11-10 OT
LR beats Tampa 14-12

Agreed! Should be a good game with this being their third time playing each other in a month. Hard to beat a good team 3 times is right, thinking Saint As will be ultra motivated.
Might be a long shot but I’m gunna say Saint As wins 10-9.
Then I think LR takes it vs Tampa 15-12.
LR vs Saint As Natty.

Re: Who will win
Didn't realize those 3 games were within a month, definitely makes it tougher. I watched more of Saint A's last year than this year, they have some ballers. The Larsen bro's are legit.D2LaxMan44! wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2024 11:57 pm Agreed! Should be a good game with this being their third time playing each other in a month. Rooting for Saint A's, but wouldn't be surprised if Adelphi squeaks by.
Re: Who will win
Last time Adelphi played St. A's they lost every single face off the entire game and still managed to pull out a W. Pretty remarkable when you think about that.

Agreed! Saint As was 12 of 17 on clears and had 18 turnovers which essentially negated the 21-0 faceoff advantage. If they dominate at the x again and can limit the turnovers one would think that could result in a win.
Though, the Adelphi goalie Renner seems to be the ultimate equalizer. So we’ll see!

Re: Who will win
Last game Saint A’s did not shoot the ball well. Also Yannone and younger Andrew’s did not play. Both played limited vs Mercy hopefully they’re closer to 100% adding depth in a few key places. Don’t let Renner get hot! I think for the 3rd match up Saint A’s pulls it off 12-9.D2LaxMan44! wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2024 11:57 pm Agreed! They definitely need to shoot the ball well vs Renner. If he gets hot he is really hard to score on. They didn’t have Yannone and went 21-0 on faceoffs with the other two guys so not sure his absence had much of an impact on that game. The younger Andrew’s being back definitely helps with depth at the midfield.
Hawks gave up a lot of goals in the paint in both of the last 2 games. Granara is playing well lately too so holding Adelphi to outside shots is a must. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is another barn burner 1 goal game at the end.
Re: Who will win
I got an LR vs Adelphi Final. From Tucker to Hall on offense and with Renner being the backbone of defense this team is really good. i believe like it usually is once again it is the south regions to win. I got LR taking them down 12-10.
