No you are mistaken….they now have 4. Add in the two yellows to Pitt and all the greens….this game seems to be played with at least 1 person in the sin bin at all times.

Clearly, KK is focused on big powerful players and doesn't really value speed. The result is a passive "pack it in" defense, a team without great dodgers and a team that can't convert in transition.

They can blow out bad teams due to mismatches, but struggle against the athletic ones.

I am probably a bit biased but my 25's best friend (at least in lax) was super fast, smallish player constantly ranked in top 20 or 30 of recruiting class. Had offers from NW, MD, BC, UNC. Didn't even get a call from Duke, which was her top choice since she was 8. Feedback was she was too small

Wow what an ugly win. Who would have thought that Duke would struggle against Pitt? Kudos to Pitt for playing a solid game and staying in it. The Duke coach is certainly known for favoring taller stronger players but that is not working in their favor. Will be interesting if their 2026 recruiting suffers after this season.

Hard to imagine that she hasn't noticed Carolina and BC and NU and Notre Dame women sprinting down the field this last decade.
