I like the hire. I think she has a similar style and approach to culture as Amanda Moore did

Dipper was one of the first candidates interviewed.
If I were an AD looking for a DI football coach, my first choice would be Nick Saban or a hot up and coming, maybe unproven, assistant. If they don’t take it, that doesn’t mean they settled for less.

Dipper is a first class person and leader. Happy for her. Excellent hire by ECU. They won’t be disappointed!

I added the CH to indicate Chapel Hill, since another UNC system school is adding women's lacrosse, Charlotte (commonly referred to as UNCC) - As another poster commented, typical abbreviations for these schools in the UNC system. I'm also sorry that the actual information being shared, was lost because of this. To those that asked about GA or OC (that would be Grad Assistant or Offensive Coordinator for the triggered), I honestly don't know. It was a generic mass email for a showcase that said Aurora would be there representing UNC. My daughter gets a lot of these emails (again. mass, not saying she is super special), I'm not sure that Grad Assistants are sent out on the recruiting road. But maybe the triggered crew can set me straight. I really don't care. I was just attempting to share something that the group may have found interesting. My bad.
University of Maryland College Park (who would ever say that...ha!). It's just Maryland!

She did a great job for Lamonica's this past year with Towson - makes it smooth transition for staff.

Turned down ECU job in hopes of Towson and staying close to home. Congrats to Cookie!

I am very happy for Tar Heel alum and one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

“Towson is a sleeping giant,” Carr said in a written statement distributed by the university’s athletic department. “There are great facilities, great support, great people and you are in the mecca of lacrosse.” twitter.com/Towson_WLAX/st…

Well said Cookie!!!

Was hoping she got the ECU. Despite what she said, we didn’t like the facilities at Towson. Felt like they were playing at a neighborhood park. Just our opinion. I’m sure they will do great.

Awful news if you're a Cuse fan.
Thought Kayla and Kenzie made a good team.
Harvard over Cuse???????

I think she has a big family in the Boston area. She’ll work with Lisa Miller, be near Mom and BC. Fits.

Smart move for Kenzie. She would never get credit for Cuse offense with Kayla at the helm. Her star burns to bright. She can move back home, close to the Kent lax tribe. Anderson, offense coordinator at H, has underperformed with extremely lack luster results in a weak Ivy League. Hopefully Kenzie can inject some dynamic concepts to get the Crimson jumpstarted.
Also I believe that Apuzzo is the next piece off the board next year. Duke AD will call on her to lead t bye floundering Blue Devils. With a strong showing Kenzie can move cross town to Chestnut Hill.

Lisa Miller? You mean Devon Wills, right? And Devon and her staff have done an admirable job of trying to invigorate the Crimson program. Made they Ivy tourney this season for the first time in quite a while. K Train made the jump from Harvard to BC on her way back to Cuse.

Kristen Skiera right now would be the successor at Duke
