I wouldnt hold your breath for any more. 17 new coming in, and maximum of 15 going out (probably less). Roster numbers will be highest in history of team.

Should have gone after SMCM's Jude Brown. He could be a game-changer. I have heard he is going to SU...?

All quiet on the transfer front, the kids they were in on that I knew all decided to go back to there school. I think transfers are tough for Childs as he like to have a relationship with the player and is less willing to take a flyer on a kid. Also with 16/17 kids coming in and zero transfers out I think the roster is kind of tight right now. There may be more movement after the fall. As some kids move further down the roster

I would imagine that Childs poked around and got a pretty good report on Brown from his last coach.

Haha great point. It’s also very possible he was recruited hard by both and ultimately chose Salisbury.

I’d have to imagine he also gave a hard look to Stevenson. He had two brothers play there.

Good point did not know that. I kind of feel like the roster is set for now unless a player wants to return.( I heard that one may be thinking about coming back but it is a lot of speculation)

Seems late since they will be scrimmaging alumni in late September. Don’t they only get 15 days?

Their fall break lands in the middle of fall ball so they can extend the fall by a week.

There is one more game for all of the teams and then the top 8 teams are in playoffs. These are the undefeated Elite B teams at the top of their Groups that are definitely in the playoffs:
Caddies on Cordell (Bethesda MD Bar)
Captains (CNU?)
Black Eyed Suzie's LC (Bel Air MD Bar)
Jackson Street Bullets (York)

The other 4 teams needs some wins tomorrow to get in. If Union is playing in it, i don't know what name they are using. Randolph Macon are the Junk Yard Dogs, and W&L are the Gennies and most are the college kids, but it looks like most teams are guys who graduated.

York (Bullets) in the playoffs. Won by forfeit today. Likely playing Gifted LC in the quarterfinals. W&L (Gennies) likely playing Caddies on Cordell. Captains eliminated by Black Eyed Suzies on other side of playoffs.
