In Jersey, cloudy and 70+ degrees. ESPN+. Predictions? Hopes and dreams?

Donovan on Cordingly? Help me understand what's going to happen.

Princeton 13-12.

I'll save my thoughts on the above, but I will add that the Bosco/Sears match up will also be fun to watch. Terps defense will really miss Baretta this evening.

As for the score, it all hinges on which Fish shows up. Looking forward to this one!

This game has the potential to be high scoring and may in fact come down to goal tending. Fish had a great outing against Brown but not so much in their other games this year. Sterling has been tremendous. Donovan against Cordingly should be fun to watch but I think Maryland has too much firepower. Terps by 6.

Two very very well coached teams. Neither one makes too many mistakes. I have no idea. I have the same gut feeling as I did about UNC/BC

This is one of those games where I have no stinky idea. Not even a hunch or a gut feeling. Nada, zip, zilch.

As wlaxphan20 says, two very well-coached teams. Depends on how the various units perform. When Fish is on, Princeton's defense is formidable...and it'll have to be against a team that appears to have 2 or 3 legitimate goal scorers. One thing: Princeton cannot just rely on the Sears Show. The other women have to play and deliver. Higher up in this thread I said Princeton 13-12. That's gobbledygook for two well-matched teams, which, if they play well, should give us a close and exciting game.

I’d love to see Nina Montes go off tonight. She is an awfully talented player. Lightning quick and skilled at putting the ball in the net. But you’re absolutely right, it can’t just all be Kyla. And let’s hope she can keep herself in the game – for the entire game and stay out of the penalty box, if you will.

14 straight losses the Tigers have suffered at the hands of the Terps.

Princeton did well to get a good start. 3-1 in the first. Time out.

3-3 end of 1. This feels like it will go right down to the end with a big goal or a bad penalty or something like that being the decider. But that and 2 bucks will get you a cup of coffee.

I think Princeton needs to tighten it up juuuust a bit. I’m being picky, but it’s just because Maryland will make you regret every single TO or bad shot

This is Maryland’s game to lose. They’re better than I gave them credit for. Apparently this is the real Princeton as well. Yale has a chance to take the Ivy this year.

My conclusion from this game so far is that Stony Brook is pretty good.

I like that, and I agree. Too bad Stony Brook wasn't coming up on Maryland's regular season schedule. That would be a very interesting game to see.

Horrific defensive game plan by Princeton. They forced down the alley, Terps continually beat them underneath. Princeton needed to send early help. Instead they left their defenders on an island where they were continually torched.
