Stony Brook 2022
More often than not, they have looked good this season. What a shame they aren’t eligible to play in the America East Conference! I think they may be as good as anyone in that conference right now, and that they will win the CAA within a few years under Coach Gilardi.
Re: Stony Brook 2022
It is a good addition.
Monmouth less so initially but good upside.
Hampton. That one is going to be a problem.
Stony Brook is needed for new blood, a degree of stale-ness
in the CAA. The CAA is wide open every year.
If Stony Brook has the talent and depth, and can make it
through the CAA meat grinder, then no one will have a
problem if Stony Brook got the CAA automatic qualifier.

SB looking real good, Mack was a nice addition to the squad behind X. I think they could definitely cause a team some issues in 1st round Tournament matchup.

in 2023 maybe. sb's sos within rpi isn't going to allow them any shot barring a miracle, imo.JoeMauer89 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 17, 2022 9:19 am SB looking real good, Mack was a nice addition to the squad behind X. I think they could definitely cause a team some issues in 1st round Tournament matchup.

Ah right, I forgot about them being banned from their conference tourney. Shame, had a shot this year to make noise.wgdsr wrote: ↑Thu Mar 17, 2022 9:43 amin 2023 maybe. sb's sos within rpi isn't going to allow them any shot barring a miracle, imo.JoeMauer89 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 17, 2022 9:19 am SB looking real good, Mack was a nice addition to the squad behind X. For next year though,
you’ve got some key current CAA players graduating,
or maybe they take a Covid year,
so, an opening for Stony Brook who I believe would bring
back most of their key players.

Horrendous camera work for the SU game.

Why, you wanted to see the guy who had the ball and what was going on around him?

Good recruit headed to SB. Stony Brook commit Tommy Wilk out of MSJ in Baltimore had himself a day today against MIAA leader St Mary’s hs. He stood on his head and repeatedly turned away shooters. He gave his hs team a shot at knocking of one of the best in the nation. Still waiting on the official save count. But the initial count was….30 saves.

I think I read Wilk had 32 saves. Wow! Wonder if he will start a pipeline between the powerful MIAA Conference and Stony Brook.kramerica.inc wrote: ↑Sat Apr 09, 2022 12:39 am Good recruit headed to SB.
