Last year when B1G teams had scores like this, or even much less, Quint was incessantly beating the, "defense sold separately" drum.

Let's see if he is consistent. Don't hold your breath folks.

Great game so far.

Plus, the commentary by the three stooges has actually been quite good. :)

The worst announcing in sports. I will take student athletes any day over this. The Carolina Panthers are calling and it is time to go...

I am sick of hearing about what parents and coaches eat and where you can get a great hoagie or egg sandwich. You never hear this stuff in a basketball or football game.

Why doesn't Chris Gray cut in front of the goal when UNC has cleared the ball in to UVA defense? Why sit out in left field behind the goal?

I stand by what I said a few weeks ago about this field. It's atrocious. Every single time I watch a game on this field it's nonstop slipping and sliding

The one announcer keeps using the players nicknames, like he is on the team. I'd be surprised if he ever played.

Love a Cuse apology portion of the program in a game they aren't even playing in

I get this is the Acc channel with two of their products playing but they don't even pretend to be neutral. Much different than Benanati and Dixon. They are professionals.

Wahhh wahhh wahhh, keep crying dude. And to say Dixon is neutral is a joke, listen to any one of his broadcasts or podcasts over the years and it’s pretty obvious he’s a huge Hop / Big Ten homer. Benanati is a pro’s pro though, agree on that one.

UVA was the team you’ve seen for 3 or so years,
on offense, no way to cover everyone,

defense was physical and Nunes in cage is developing
into someone who could become the top goaltender in
DI - though not this year, too many good goalies.

I followed the score on IL, and viewed the UVA highlights. Simply put, the game see-sawed a bit initially, until UVA took a significant lead. The UVA attackmen are large, athletic and well-conditioned. UVA's outside shooting is masterful. It seemed like they simply wore down UNC. It was an impressive display of skill.

Grey 1g 3a on 7 shots with 3 turnovers. Not exactly Tewaarton numbers. Thing with Va you know they will only get better if they stay healthy. Next week vs MD should be the game of the year.

Virginia’s offense works as a team and their off-ball play is stellar. Plus, one of the better shooting teams you will ever see.
