Syracuse and Desko are going to have a long long
off season.

I really really did not appreciate at all the pre season
chatter about them being a national title contender,

the championship or bust silliness,
you can’t do that,
there are too many good teams.

Classy move by Warne and the team to sit on the ball when 3 men up. Speaks volumes....

Anish is saying that Gtown has finally beaten a “blue blood.” What Syracuse team is he referring to? I didn’t see the Powell’s or Gait’s out on the field tonight. This was an overrated team barely over .500 that can’t play defense.

We have scheduled a vote next week to expel jhu06 from the caucus.

Anyway, this is probably the best Georgetown team I have ever seen. Athletic, excellent speed, great stick skills, and a terrific goalie. No reason why they couldn’t win it all.

I agree.

Georgetown is the heavy favorite over Bryant or UVA. Virginia may not beat Bryant after taking 3 weeks offs.

Was Loyola the last champ with suspect F/O?
Maryland was below 50% the year they won

Nothing like caused turnovers, good goalie play, and aggressive rides to compensate for FO issues.

They seem poised to be truly awful next year. 0-fer in the ACC. But I guess they'll get a bunch of mediocre teams to come to the dome to pad their record.

I don’t think GU would be the favorite against UVA

good luck to the lacrosse punditocracy putting a top 20 together for next year in a few weeks. No one knows what the state of the ivy will be, what transfer, coaching changes will be, which schools will be decimated by graduation. Could be the dawning of a new era in the sport and realignment.

Lol Cuse murdered UVA. Why wouldn’t GU be favored? As it looks now even Michigan might be better than Notre Dame.

How is Milliman in this group having generally performed to or under expectations w Teat compared w three guys who’s won titles? Doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.

Well done. Anish was really bad. QK had to rein him in a bit. Pretty funny.

Anyone that thinks UVA will be the favorite only watches the ACC Network.
- UVA lost to SU 11-13 and 10-20
- Beat ND by 1
- Beat HPU by 1
- Beat UNC by 2, and lost to UNC by 3

ND win does not look as good after watch Drexel game yesterday.
UVA's success is based on match ups. UVA has some big strengths on offense. But, their face off and defense is average. Rode covers up a lot of defensive mistakes.

Georgetown will take advantage of the UVA weaknesses and their defense and goalie play will keep the UVA transition and offense in check.

Sorry but this made me chuckle. Dude you really shouldn't let such stupid stuff bother you. Speaking as a fan I never thought it was Championship or bust this year. I thought getting to the Final Four was possible but as you mentioned there are a lot of good teams and Syracuse fell behind the other ACC teams when it came to impact transfers. Going to be an interesting offseason for the Orange for sure. Best of luck to Georgetown they have a very good team this season.
