Did Tufts not have Kohn take the first face off? I might be wrong but i thought I saw one of the other guys. Certainly in the first 4 I did.
Turts really didn’t show up.

Re: NCAC 2023
Colin McCarthy from Fairfield Ludlowe has been an impact middie for that FCIAC school since sophomore year. Be interesting to see if he can fill some holes this year at Kenyon.

I held onto a spot of naïveté hoping for a somewhat different answer. You gave me the one I expected.

Re: New England West 2023
Curious about your mention of … money. How does that bolster a program? Is it simply more slots with lower or no tuition get allocated to the lacrosse team? Is that at the expense of other sports, lacrosse finding a new rank in the pecking order for the AD or wealthy alum? Does it limit other activi...

Re: ESPN Crew is Unlistenable
Once I heard something about food, I hit mute. Switched TVs and heard something about no “blue bloods in this year” like Syracuse, Hopkins and North Carolina. And then how the ivys are back? Was he saying Ivy schools are blue bloods in lax? Don’t know but it drew the mute again. Jeez, they DETERACT ...

Re: New England West 2022
Matt Lazaro is the real deal but a perfect example of why Deerfield shouldn’t be considered for the HS rankings. He was the top player in Mass public school last year and now he gets a 13th year solely based on him being an elite HS senior……last year. Speaking of the old Laxpower forums, I believe ...

Deerfield has PGs from other prep schools? Since when did you do a prep PG after graduating from a place like Nobles? Is this the new normal?

Anyone know about a kid named Sam cargill from Fairfield Prep? Let addition to roster which normally indicates not too recruit but he played pretty well in Hs last year so curious. https://www.gametimect.com/watch-sammy-cargills-sweet-goalie-goal-in-no-5-fairfield-preps-victory-over-no-3-staples/ H...

Out of curiousity. Are all the Laxachusetts guys from the Black team (believe that’s the top one)? Or are some Yellow (again, maybe I have colors wrong.)

Re: Connecticut 2021
Ludlowe beat Staples in Zinn’s senior year at Staples. That’s all I know of. This COVID year seems rather weird across the state (save Darien). Seems like a lot of kids came out of the woodwork at many schools. Growth from Freshman/Sophomore to Junior/Senior could be size, talent, or combination but...

Re: Connecticut 2020
It is a short form “league,” organized, I believe, by John Mathews of GFA/CT Wolves. Think they are 4 team round robins. Watched those, and thought Seniors and rising Freshman weren’t a part of this. But there was also a CT Cup that did include Seniors, etc.

Re: Summer Lacrosse 2020
My son’s team was scheduled to play in a LI tournament. Held in Delaware. Because CT required that anyone going to DE would need to self quarantine for 14 days, the team withdrew. Not sure exactly what happened, but not the tournament (or so portion of it) has been moved to CT and it is back on. So ...

Re: 2020 Summer Camps
What percentage of D1 football schools are revenue positive? I’m sure the majority of the Power 5 are, but maybe I’m wrong. I know a lot of schools rely heavily on football to cover athletic and other costs, but just trying to get a sense of how impactful it will be NCAA wide.
