D1 Programs / How they Operate...

Wanted to start this for people to chime in on how different programs do things. Was talking to one of my buddies that said there is a top 10 in D1 then a big gap in how others conduct their business. Not sure how true that is but would love to hear individual thoughts on this.

Practices/Equipments/Run Tests/Strength and Conditioning... lay it all out. A lot has changed since my heyday in the early 2000s! The sport has never been in a better spot!
