Hard to see how the NCAA reliably uses that measure,

I mean, the RPI is screwed up this year due to the off scheduling. Manhattan is 12 in the RPI right now and Rutgers is 13. Eye test will be used heavily this season.

Interesting that Duke has a higher chance of winning the tournament than Maryland but a lower chance of making the Final 4 than Maryland.
