Good effort Lehigh. Shot themselves in the foot with the over aggressive nonsense

Is there something wrong with Melendez? Is he injured?

Maybe, something nagging.

He had these lack of confidence issues at Marquette.

Not sure if injured, but confidence is at zero

Definitely going to lose to UVA if they play like that, but credit to guys like Smith, Degnon, Peshko, Collison, and DUNN for refusing to lose this game and playing with heart down the stretch. Survive and advance

Takes a lot of skill and effort, no doubt.

Seven FOs in a row.

Good effort by Lehigh! Hop time to regroup and get ready to deal with Jurassic Park velociraptors. Hop coaching staff no joy at the final horn. More like relief…

Yup. I’d bet momentum carries.

This weird season is seeing the legacy programs all winning yesterday and today.

Lehigh you played great! Doc was at Jetty bar on the Eastern Shore….. ready to jump. The calls you get is unbelievable ! The push call was BS. Where is Cassese ? Love it . This guy is a first yr coach and takes Hopkins to the brink. And they took a goal away before half because of weather. I’m shocked.

UVA’s defense is very suspect. I wouldn’t count on a large betting spread here.

Dunn’s late-game FO heroics and the middies won the game.

Collison (4 goals, 1 assist), Peshko (2 goals, 1 assist), and Bauer (1 goal, 2 assists) ramped up the aggression and were key to this win.

Even Degnon, with a hard dodge and a right-handed goal, got into the aggression game.

If the Blue Jays are going to have any chance next week, the FO crew will need their best game and the Hopkins middies will need to absolutely abuse Virginia’s defensive midfielders.

Crawley and PM need to abandon Tulip Ball for good.

We'll see. Feel like the Jays tend to play to the level of their competition. They certainly lack a killer instinct which is why I think they have trouble putting teams away. But good teams (aka Virginia) tend to bring it out of them. Would expect UVA to be favored by a couple goals.

There will be ample time to break this one down but happy for guys like Degnon, Jaronski, Angelus, Martin, etc. etc. to get a W in their last game on the Wood. Dunn has to get a banana. Totally changed the tenor of the game at the dot

Collison and Dunn deserve game balls. Ierlan, too, who made 12 crucial saves on a tough day.

you should be limited to saying aggression 50x for the rest of the year.

Jays went on a 6-1 run after norcalhop put on the Georgetown game. Do us a favor and don't watch the quarterfinal next week?

One thing I wanted to note … because of his more aggressive play, Collison even drew a longpole for a while.

Call that progress.

Collison can be a beast … if Crawley and PM allow him to be.
