Love the brick stairs and the dormers. Winning on the field and with curb appeal.

Hope they are safe and sound.

Fun Fact MVP: this almost happened at Dixon one year when a certain attackman forgot to clean the vent after washing towels for a week.

So sad they lost their pets, but glad no one was hurt.

If you want to help: "Gift cards and notes of encouragement may be dropped off at the SU Alumni House, 1120 Camden Ave., from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Those from outside the area may send cards and notes to: Berkman Family, c/o Salisbury University Alumni Engagement Office, 1120 Camden Ave., Salisbury, MD 21801.”

Does Coach Cantabene have a good alibi? (bad joke)

Didn't see they lost their pets until now. A damn shame. Can't even fathom going through that.

Ferrara becomes just the sixth student-athlete in Salisbury history to officially have his jersey retired and the first since 2007. His framed jersey will join those of Jason Coffman (men's lacrosse), Dave Cottle (men's lacrosse)

Pehlke dropped a video featuring your Gulls. I really enjoyed it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fe9eDaDdsZc&t=602s

He leaned into the D1 v D3 thing a little hard, but what can you do. Boys and staff represented the program and university really well. Worth a watch!

The Lenoir-Rhyne part was really cool. Wonder this those boys celebrated with their trophies together after the win

Great video. Funny to watch the entire team and staff trying to be respectful towards UMass, knowing SU would probably win 10 out of 10.

Didn’t SU get 3 or 4 D1 transfers this off season? Including a recent top prospect?

Chris Wong from Hopkins is a notable one. Very good player in HS and just could not get on the field at Hop. I think his game will translate well in D3.

With Brown coming back and the kids they already have there, I don't see how he cracks the lineup.

Agreed, my best bet is 2nd line mid.

I can hear Berkman's statement ringing in my ears. "You have a choice to make, do you want to SAY you play D1? Or, do you want to compete to be a champion?"

Yeah I get it, but that team is stacked. The good thing is they're always up by 10, so they go 30- 40 deep into the roster a lot games.

From afar, I can see how you'd think that. They stacked 13 chips. But they are in a bunch of close games each year. CNU has played them really tough the last few years, winning a couple, and they come back pretty loaded. Lynchburg and Coach K always challenge them, and kept a lot of talent on a roster that was very close. Cabrini, under Colf, won a couple, one being a semifinal. The north always churns out a team that can beat them too. Sometimes with a little luck, sometimes straight up. Prior to 2023, they hadn't won a championship in 4 years. The Gulls are, and will be, as long as Coach Berkman rocks the maroon and gold, a perennial power, the standard. They'll always be in it later in May. But it's not a forgone conclusion each game or each year. They are not always up by 10.

Not, always but a lot. Even in the 1st game against CNU the played 28 kids. My son was matched-up on Brown, his legs still hurt. Brown didn't get pulled until the end of the 3rd, and still ended up playing 50 kids.
