I get it's the fall but their backups should win handily verse a 9-8 d3 team

Wingate hosted a scrimmage day with Belmont Abbey and Lander this past Saturday.

Bulldogs beat up on Belmont Abbey 14-3 or 14-4. Think it was 6-1 after a quarter. Wingate subbed liberally in the second half. They also handled Lander 15-6 I believe was the final. The offense for Wingate is going to be very tough for teams to deal with this year with Grieco and Reilly and some big time transfers.

Did not get a chance to see Lander and BA play in the middle game.

Lander beat BA 18-6 i believe. I think they are going to make some noise this spring. Their depth is improved. Several key injuries during their last regular season game ended their run in the PBC playoffs.

Wingate looked good. Lots of speed on both sides of the field. Goalies performance was solid

Hearing Uindy lost to UDM (D1). Unsure of score, but I know Uindy beat UDM fall '21 and early spring '22 in scrimmages. One game by one and the other by two.

I was told the same thing from a Indy alum that they lost by a couple but also had 20+ guys with Covid including several starters
