It would be good if you prefaced this with - these are teams that have played thus far. I know in a couple of weeks, that wont be needed....but there are alot of teams who havent played yet. Same goes for the D1 rankings, although I think they will have all played by this upcoming weekend.

"Three best wins" when they have only played one maybe two games? Not trying to be a jerk, but it wasnt implicitly understood by me, that is why I suggested what I did.

Once they show-up, they'll take over the Rankings like they typically do. But until then, I enjoy seeing the teams who admittedly don't deserve to be called top-ranked but would be better described as teams that got out of bed earlier have their moment in the sun.

Middlebury and Bowdoin play on March 5, as do Hamilton and Amherst, just around the corner.

Yes sorry got the date wrong there. Most NESCACs I saw start that 3/5. Which then led me to compare schedules. Not an exhaustive survey but the couple NESCAC teams I looked had 15 regular season games on their calendars. Whereas other schools have between 16-18 games.
