That’s my question! Stay off my turf.

Any word on how Connor Morin is fitting in at G'town?

Haley and Watson are locks i’d think. Morin will be a big part of the offense whether he starts or not IMO.

Any other standouts or comments on the scrimmage? Any freshman/sophomore play well? How did Bowen and Trippi look?

That's a big change from what happened last season in South Bend. I'm hopeful this will be the case. He's undeniably a talented kid and my personal belief is that he wasn't given a fair shake at ND. Or, said more accurately, I think he would've been a better fit at a different school. Like G'town...

Bundy is a Mid correct? I’d think he’s a lock starter as well. At 30% on 120 shots that’s strong. Probably could clean up ball control a little but think he was dinged up a little as well wasn’t he?

I should hope so, he was a First/Second Team All-American midfielder (depending on the list) last year. And I've seen his name mentioned in the way too early Tewaarton watch list conversation. ;) Did not have any significant injuries last year that I'm aware of.

I was checked out once Bart took a second L until playoff time on a lot of other teams. Was some starter banged up? Haley perhaps at one point? Thought I read that.

Would love to get GTown back on the schedule given the Urick connection for 15-20yrs even if we’d get shredded. Added some girth to our OOC for 22 w Lehigh and Albany but too many Canisius, Siena, SBU, Bing, Colgate post Baum/Nagle non conference schedules the last five years which doesn’t allow much stress prior to league play for my tastes. Wondered if it was just profile and choices or that win back around 2015 or 2016 that got us bounced off the GTown schedule.

The attackman Watson was out for the first half of the season with an injury.

Thanks that’s who it was. Probably helped integrate Petkovich and Munro with him out even though you hate to kiss a good player like that at all

Bowen is an incredible lockdown D man. Not that anyone didn’t know that already. With Smith, Mazonne, Donaldson, tominovich, geddes at SSDM and other poles + McElroy back in cage the defense could be really special. Geddes and other ssdms ate very strong as well. Offense is the question. Loss of Carraway and Petkovick can’t be discounted. Midfield with Bundy, Mcdermott, Hess, Thompson, and Munro with Trippi being the A/M slash guy like petkovitch was last year is very solid. Haley, Watson, Morin is a legit attack before factoring in freshmen and upperclassmen that can be factors. Reilly at X keeps Hoya possessions at a good level and the coaching and culture that has been built are very strong. Could be a special year, especially if trippi, morin and a few freshmen really perform.

Georgetown adds it’s 3rd top 10 commit in the ‘23 class with #7 pole Ty Banks. Along with a few very legit non top 10 commits, this is shaping up as an incredibly strong class for the Hoyas.
