Stevenson University is once again hosting the BEST weekend in Division 3 lacrosse at Mustang Stadium in Owings Mills, Maryland. 10 D3 games in 36hours. Hope to see you there.

Middlebury vs. Wesleyan - 11:30 am
Dickinson vs. Denison - 1:45 pm
Franklin and Marshall vs. Amherst - 4:00 pm
RIT vs York - 6:15 pm
Stevenson vs. Lynchburg - 8:30 pm

Saturday, March 16
Middlebury vs. Dickinson - 11:30 am

Expanded this year to 10 teams from 8, adding Wesleyan and F&M. Nazareth dropped for Middlebury. 9 of 10 teams are in the top 20 right now.

Why does Middlebury play Wesleyan? Isn't the idea of the tournament to play top out-of-conference opponents?

Usually the two of the play a conference game that weekend. My guess is in order to both get a second ranked game they agreed to move their conference game down there in order to play a second team.

Honestly pretty impressed that one of these teams sacrificed a home conference game in order to drive to
Baltimore to get two games in.

Looking forward to an exciting weekend at Stevenson.

Middlebury not looking good. Weak call movement, poor shot selection, unforced TOS and poor decision making leading to penalties..

11-6 at the end of 3; kind of impressed with Middlebury for hanging in and playing hard.

They are hangin in, not sure if the cardinals were subbing and goals came in 2nd string?
They look good but not sure if it’s more that Middlebury isn’t. Weak rides allow walk over clearing, chasing and steps behind lead to penalties, slow slides..
If I recall, don’t you want offense to overload a zone?

Denison Dickinson 3 all after 1

14-9 Dickinson final - sloppy game both sides lot of turnovers. Denison 14/26 clearing was killer as well as losing the GB battle 40 to 26

The guy who called the Denison vs. Dickinson game (Pete Somebody) was really outstanding, and the two doing the Amherst-F&M game are almost as good. The camera work is good. What a pleasure. Feel like I oughta send Stevenson $20.

I whole heartedly agree. Stevenson put together a great program so far and is really impressing me with the angles / replays etc. top notch calls as well.
