This post has nothing to do with anything but I typed it and it's CA HS Boys related so I'm posting it...
In 2018, FanLax's Digital Rankings have Torrey Pines, based strictly on Ws and Ls and who those Ws and Ls were against, at #9 in the Nation. (Ridgefield beating Darien helped them a lot. Their Ranking when you factor in Strength of Schedule does not help them a lot. Though an SOS that's #18 in the nation is not something to be embarrassed about.) And, if you normalize the Points based on number of games so no team has an advantage or disadvantage based on their number of games, Torrey Pines is #7. In other words, Torrey Pines is good. Torrey Pines' 2018 Schedule.

Re: California Lacrosse
First, SRV takes on De La Salle Friday night on the road. At 3-5, DLS looks to be struggling a little bit. But this is a rivalry game, and is always hotly contested.
Then it's a quick turnaround to play a very hot Sacred Heart team which comes in at 6-0. If the Wolves hope to with that game, they'll need to recover quickly.

Re: California Lacrosse
I’ll be at SRV game Sat. Sipecoth.
Left you an IM.
Should be a great game.

Re: California Lacrosse
I had my calendar wrong...SRV/DLS played Weds. SRV 14-6 or 8 was the final. Close at the half, with the Wolves pulling away in the 2nd half.
Sacred Heart game will be a good one I think.

Huge game in MCAL on Thursday at Redwood vs. Marin Catholic meeting for the regular season title. Should be quite a battle!

St. Ignatius squeaks by Sacred Heart Prep 8-7.
Several future college commits on all these teams.
