Matt did say that the available players would be limited to those with a maximum of 9 fantasy points last year. There won't be a lot of superstars in that group. Another thought is if you want to have all current teams set their roster by a certain date before October 1, then have the 2 new coaches...

Then maybe 6 is too many. What about 1 or 2 pre-Draft and then they get their #1 and #2 picks? Just seems a bit harsh/cold for them to have to start with 0. Or maybe not...
