Re: Yale 2024
Yale tries to win on one leg again to no avail. Kudos to Machado for giving it a shot but can't lose 80% of the faceoffs and have a shot to win. The car ran out of gas - too many injuries to beat a decent but hardly great Princeton team. What’s the Princeton goal differential going back to 2022? Yo...

Re: ivy league 2024
I would be pretty annoyed if big East gets 3 teams and Ivy only 1. Big East is not that strong top to bottom. Only the AQ at this point gives ivies any peace of mind. League deserves an at large IMO but a lot to shake out with upset minded nova and Michigan. Psu looks legit though. There is a zero ...

Re: Yale 2024
Is anyone else having trouble with the feed? I’m having trouble on both phone and desktop. Yes. It’s absolutely awful. I get about 5-10 seconds then buffers. Longest stretch was about 1:30 without interruption. Absolutely the worst stream I’ve watched in I don’t know how long. Don’t think I’ve actu...

Re: Yale 2024
So, Johnson and Lyons are both out for the year (presumably taking the semester off)? Overall, this year has already been a workaround of injuries and flu, etc. Hats off to the team for playing at its high level. Big game coming up. So weird to see Harvard first on the lvy slate of games. Not takin...

Re: Yale 2024
I didn't watch the game. PSU certainly minimised Brandau's production. I wonder if this was the zone defense, or if they played him very tight with some type if face-guard or quick slide strategy. Penn St played very little zone. They did not shut him off or do anything exotic. Just a bad day for B...

Re: Yale 2024
Great first half anyway. Up 13-6 and Brandau (4-6) has both the single game assist and single game point record in his sights.

Re: Yale 2024
I think it’s guaranteed you will see four, if not five attackmen on their man-up next year. Check out the highlights of Hunter Chauvette and I’d be surprised if he’s not another lefty shooter on man-up next year.

Re: Why not wait to decide who goes to which site in the quarterfinals until after the first round?
Now that Army has eliminated Maryland, it would make so much more sense to have Army v Penn State in Albany and Virginia vs Georgetown in Annapolis. Why is this not an option? All they had to do was flip Penn St & Hopkins seeds and they could have had Penn St & ND slated for Albany and Hopk...

Re: Yale 2023
Am I correct that Yale had two close defensemen who they recruited and were admitted over the past few years that did not end up matriculating and/or got there and transferred out? Reason for the question is that they are playing one LSM at close and the defense shows virtually no physicality. Yes,...

You're likely right about that: The NCAA's transformation committee, which has been tasked with modernizing college sports and improving the student-athlete experience, recommended in January to broaden access to Division I championships by allowing more teams to participate in those events. ... Re: Ivy League 2023
Do we have one of our ILT experts to post about scenarios? It seems likely that Penn, Cornell, and Princeton will all get to at least four wins, and that Dartmouth will have at least 4 losses, and if so, Brown loses the tiebreaker against Harvard or Yale. But remind me what the tiebreakers are if t...
