Was never a priest guy or rush, a band like Jimmy buffett where you idolize them or could care less. Ozzy, Alice copper, kiss, scorpions wind of change. Can’t include zeppelin in that crowd though. Different cohort than all except Ozzy w Aanbath from War Pigs to Changes to Paranoid.

You never hit the 9:30 club? That was my spot in the early 2000s.

Was never a priest guy or rush, a band like Jimmy buffett where you idolize them or could care less. Ozzy, Alice copper, kiss, scorpions wind of change. Can’t include zeppelin in that crowd though. Different cohort than all except Ozzy w Aanbath from War Pigs to Changes to Paranoid.

I's a huge Rush fan...as a musician by heart, Geddy and Neil where probably the best at their craft. Not to mention tryin to play their music was damned near impossible to cover....just silly talent.

Tawny, like Stephanie Seymour, is even hotter because she kicked the s**t out of her husband, former all str lefty for the Mariners and Angels named chick Finley. (And Axl Rose was broken in half by super super sexy Seymour!)

My dad took me to some show’s pre middle school. This song still melancholy about my dad because he sat through a Badlands, Great White & Tesla show with me at Darien Lake (second tier amusement park in WNY) and on the drive back was commenting, “you know that last band was pretty good” (tesla) and liked this song

Yeah that was like a 2yr stretch in elementary school for me where I had a Jean jacket I got my mother to see all these hard rock patches all over. That piece was sweet! Wore it for my first kiss at 4H summer camp outside the barn with the dance while the song playing was….Pour Some Sugar On Me! As if the gods knew the type of music that scratch and dent, morally ambiguous girls would be dancing for me and others later in life for dollars at the club! (Kidding on the adult clubs I don’t love those but have been to just share and when I do go I don’t sit in the corner with a rain jacket on. In fact I once may have got into a rainmaking contest with a known rapper at one in Atlanta, drunk with a client who was egging me on to not lose and never quit. Gotta be in it to win it!

Sounds like we are like ten ish years apart. But I love so much. Most of the bands you mentioned, hip hop, euro trash new wave 80s music. Basically anything but pop, country after 1980 or so and death metal that’s little more than drums, bass and death.

Was doing a Bowie jam sesh this am w the boy and rotation came to this I heard once or twice. Bit of a reflection on life sort of like Kurt Vonnegut’s last book reflecting on his life and brother, Timequake, which is flat out depressing.
