That Cornell defense just became a steal!!! ;)

"Australian face-off man Tim Graham was accepted by the school yesterday and will join @CornellLacrosse next month with four years of eligibility. A product of @MalvernLacrosse in Melbourne, he's been strong with the Aussie National Team, splitting with Baptiste over the summer."

This kid is a stud and may be the best face-off man in the country come this spring. Absolutely dominated the World Games.

The best teams picking first (which is very realistic to D1 Lacrosse) was killed years back. Personally, I liked that. But i was out voted and... I'm open to random.
I would like to revisit this. I'm for random.

Great HUGE upside pick.
Nichtern has 71 points on the season and has tied the Army single season assist record of 45 assists as a freshman. I think it's now safe to say you were right, Brendan Nichtern was the steal of the draft!

Arguably robbed of Patriot league rookie of the year because Chase Scanlan is a stud middie on a better team. The difference is Nichtern is Army's #1, no questions asked. Chase, while amazing, has the benefit of being surrounded by more talent, Spencer for starters. I hope Brendan takes it personally.

I am excited for the next 3 years :D My team is YOUNG, and will compete for Championships!

How about PLL/MLL and you keep the players you drafted for the NCAA Fantasy League?

That does sounds quite cool! Your seniors just role over, first few years squads would be small and then once you get 15 roster size, you just have to choose players to drop if you want any of your new seniors in, no adds apart from your seniors from college only! so current players in the MLL/PLL would be off limits?

yeah. i think as soon as we start drafting within the Pro Leagues, it becomes a different animal. grabbing Robertson as a sophomore because we missed him in the draft as a freshman still has him connected to HS, keeps this thing... i dunno... light... maybe more personal or intimate or something along these lines. it's ridiculous but when we draft one of these high scholers and follow him for 4 years, it's like forging a relationship with him. It's little different than our relationship. heck, at least i know what the players look like. but when we're drafting a 29 year-old Canadian Box Player who i know nothing about except he hangs out on the crease and puts up Points, i dunno. just changes something. just not the same. for me.

First need to make decision on Draft Order. Last Place to First (per the past several years) or Picked out of a Hat?

Unless we’re going to redraft the whole league, I’d vote for last to first.

Also, I'd like to go back to drafting in one night in January or February. Can we have a poll for these? And a last day to vote.

What does that mean?
Meaning like everyone starts with a blank team and every player is available. I know that’s not what we want to do (at least I think it is) so I think we go last to first.
