Seems that this would be the class entering in September 2025.

The class entering in September of this year has 14 members, with 3 from NJ. (Unless it is inaccurate.

Yes, that is correct. I don’t actually see the class of 2025 commits yet.

Notes from a pretty good player. Off season is the time to shine…I suspect some names of commits should be coming up shortly.

Another NJ commit to W&L for 2025: Luke Caldwell attack from Hopewell Central. Also a goalie from Thomas Aquinas in Florida.

Early pick for 2025 ODAC POTY? I have a few Gennies in mind

•Hillis Burns clear reasoning here.
•James “Bubby” Haley same reasons as above
I have one dark horse though. From my sources inside the locker room, I hear that this player has a ton of passion for the game and is an absolute locker room presence. Hope to see a breakout senior campaign from this guy. All American potential at Dmid
•Mikel Zahralddin

Gator- Heard similar rumblings within my circles, although I heard much bigger options than Bing. My son (a recent alumni) told me that he was telling all the kappas at their spring formal that he was looking more along the lines of a Duke/Maryland. This was after they approached him to state disappointment with how he was not subbed in for de cain at halftime of the Tufts game. I have to agree with the Kappas here! A B10/ACC caliber goalie has no place on the bench, especially at this level!

80AA, funny enough, a nephew of mine is pretty tapped in with the team. Buddies from HS with the Mountain Lakes dudes. Think they may be in the same frat? I did hear the kappa chatter, interesting but idk if I can agree with the ACC offers. Let’s look at the numbers.

29% v Guilford
38% v Shenandoah
0% v Averett

Those typically aren’t the eye popping stats a will helm or Dan Donahue type player usually puts up, especially against teams of that caliber. I will give Aljader his flowers though. He ended his career with a 67% game vs Lake Forest. Between that and the LI ties to Binghampton. I think we can expect Big 19 to suit up for the black and green next spring.

Gator- appreciate the timely reply. No kidding! My son is good buddies with those lakes guys too! Still not sure what the scuttlebutt on Lane is though, curious if anyone on here had any other insight. The hefty lefty from strong island definitely had a few rough outings for the gennies this year- but I think he's got intangibles that will translate to the next level- whether it be up at the Bing or in the B10/ACC, I don't think we've seen the last of him.

P.S. you never know, maybe he's taking Joey Chestnut's spot in the contest on Thursday! :D :D :D :D :D

80 - I couldn’t disagree more. The only intangible thing he has is a sub 30% save percentage against Averrett. You know it could be possible though, he is from the third best school in Long Island and is bound to land a big named NIL deal with Ozempic. He has HEAVY upside. His resume through college isn’t the best and if his symbolic lacrosse resume was his actual work resume, it would probably have a lot of grammatical errors with bad capitalization and an omitted a GPA. He’d def have to use some LI nepotism connection to get to the bing just like all these kiddos are doing to get into these big international banks. Resumes can only go so far
