For a grad year? ;)

On a serious note, not a big fan of this, but I can understand him wanting to get out of Bethlehem.

Lehigh could be an attractive spot for a new HC. Idea's on how is next?

I'll throw out a name....Brandon Childs, from York. Always in the top of the pack in DIII, with little to no funds for assistants, guy makes the most of it. Also runs a high-paced/flow offense that would transfer over nicely.

Chris Jast reporting that they already promoted Scudder, although unclear if it's permanent or interim

Nearly all of his players except Sisselberger, who is from the area, bolt to do a grad year elsewhere. Why?

They’re only like a dozen years apart in age. More logical he’s either tired of getting bypassed for every other gig he applied for over the years and so felt he needed a better launching pad or is doing the MVA thing than sitting in the job for 10+ years.

Probably a combination of several things:

1) Not wanting to spend an extra year in Bethlehem PA if they don't have to
2) Lehigh doesn't have the most robust graduate program offerings ever
3) A chance to play more meaningful lacrosse on a bigger stage in the ACC/Big Ten

I don't think there's anything wrong with Cassese/the program there. Think it's just not a school set up to offer a whole lot for grad students

It appears Scudder is going to be Lehigh's head coach. No interim tag, he's their guy per multiple people (Chris Jast and Xanders).

Covid is over after 2024,season, so will go back to 4 years one school, grad school will not be in play. Please tell me the big names that went to a school for grad year in 2018 or 2019

The question is Loyola run at the top over?
Preseason 2024

Army
BU
Loyola
Colgate
Navy
Lehigh
Buck
Lay
HC
Colgate must be returning a lot of players.
Yes, young team
Colgate will struggle again this year. One of the assistants just left and they return one FO guy that took about 7 reps in his career so far along with a rising sophomore that has never played. It is tough to win without posessions. Goalie and offense should be solid, but the rest is a big question mark.
Colgate somehow just picked up Judd Lattimore from BU as their new assistant coach, that’s a big time hire.

Final. Army’s tournament chances are on the edge, unless they win the conference tournament
