Impressive game plan by the Bville coaches and nice execution by the players, except for the unnecessary erratic clearing at the end, to dominate possessions and control play even though they weren’t able win faceoffs during the day.

the Dalers made a run, but I thought your team looked really sharp on both ends, especially defense. Congrats

Article in Rochester paper today. Probably be some Victor parent bent out of shape somewhere. OK, whatever, blame climate change.

10 man ride. Gotta give to your best athlete and run it over. Three times they could have iced the game but took shots from D end. :?

The big dog ate. Saw the Bees play at F-M late regular season and wondered about a few things. They certainly tightened the ship, and the thumb screws. Upstate 1-0 in the belly of the island beast. We'll take it!

What a pleasure to watch High School sports. Minimal commercials, few and short timeouts, no over the top hype from announcers, in and out in 90 minutes.

Yes. Their shooting suspect. Credit to GC D and goalie!

Indeed. Full respect to what CG is doing. It's the unforced stuff from Victor that seems atypical. Dropped passes, looking toward goal before catching the feed, and a few pipes early when they seemed more in a groove. Tough hole to dig out of. 9-6 GC with 7:30 to go.

F 9-8. Too little, too late for Victor. Great job by defender shutting off Gravino on last possession. Bamboozled Victor enough. B2B for Garden City, nicely done.

Steve Finnel is a class act. Congrats to him and his team. Very special to coach your son and his friends to two State titles.

After attending my twin granddaughters Irish dance show,I watched the last 18 minutes of the Class B State Championship. Jim Amen gave out some plaques.A Victor kid accepted a plaque then threw it on the ground.

INTERESTING!

Most also removed their ribbons immediately. At least wait til you're back in line so it's not on camera, lol.
