Guess I’m kind of confused by this, mostly by Mount Olive in 2 of the 3 poles. Question is how are they given this respect over a team like North Greenville. Down the stretch they lost to Lander by 2, beat Anderson by 5, beat Barton by 3, beat Mount Olive by 4. Then beat Mount Olive by 2 in the conference tournament, and lost to Barton by 1 in the championship on a goal with 55 secs left in game. Just curious is all. Thank you!!!!

NGU's best win was Mount Olive 2x. Mount Olive's best win was Seton Hill.

I will admit, I did forget about NGU but losing to Barton in Championship hurt them making this poll. They should be #25 probably. Top 1-20 is all anyone cares about. 21-25 are "receiving votes."

Also, I messed up on my poll. I meant Rockhurst at 19 and FL tech at 20.

I would argue their best win was vs Anderson but I agree with the rest of what you said. Beat Anderson with ease. Anderson scored 2 in the last minute of the game vs backups to even make it a 5 goal game. I get your point though.

Ahhh you know what, you're right. Anderson is the better win, no argument needed. Although, I will say Anderson was without their 1st team AA fogo. In 2022, he won 31/35 against NGU. Not saying that'd make-or-break NGU winning or not, just something that is "of note."

You are correct, they were without him but they still only scored 3 goals in 59 minutes. And even with winning 31 of 35 the year before, Anderson only won by a goal. You are right though, 1-20 is what really matters, we’re splitting hairs after that. Just nice to see some different teams get some recognition. NGU seemed to gel the second half of the season.
