Looks like the cream of the crop:

Middlebury v. Gettysburg at 12:00 Noon on Saturday 5/28: Middlebury playing a Gettysburg team trying to give Carol C one more trip to the final.

TCNJ v. Tufts 3:00 pm on 5/28: TCNJ playing the only team to beat Middlebury (20-1) this year. Tufts won the NESCAC tournament 9-8, the Panthers only blemish.

Final Sunday 5/29 at 3:30. Go Panthers!!

Sorry Sea, you and I are on the opposite side of this one! Go Bullets!! Making the Final 4 is an accomplishment, but I’d love to see Carol and Barb Jordan end their careers with a championship.

My only connection is almost meaningless. Kid I used to coach is a senior midfielder on Middlebury, and I’d like to see her go out on top. So good luck to all.

Followed some of the TCNJ v Salisbury game. TCNJ had about 8 of 14 goals off FPS. Is this normal? Checked the box score from first meeting and I think they had about 7 FPS goals out of 12. Both games at TCNJ. Nice comeback by TCNJ

Not sure about normal but Tufts scored half of their 7 against F&M on free positions. Big difference maker for them.

Tufts had very limited success on settled offense in this game. Scored mainly in transition and on free positions. Might struggle with the TCNNJ zone. I like TCNJ in this game. Their zone shut down Salisbury in the second half.

Agree with you. And the TCNJ coach is just one of the best.

M'bury is undefeated and has been crushing everyone though... Their game vs. Wesleyan was a 1 goal game so... They're not impervious to losing. When #1 M'bury beat #2 Tufts during the season, they beat them 14-7. So... I wouldn't bet against M'bury but... Anything is possible. I guess.

Beat York 11-5 and were clearly the best team I saw. Havent seen Tufts or NJ, but still think they win.

Tufts up 12-2 with 6:00 left in the 3rd; looking like a NESCAC final.

15-3 beginning of the 4th.

Tufts wins 18-7. Should be a very good final.

Middlebury vs Tufts Trilogy

Middlebury - aggressive backer zone
Tufts - aggressive man

I think Middlebury learns from mistakes in NESCAC finals loss and makes adjustments to find a way to win in the Championship game. Should be a close game. Which team has more success on free positions might be the difference.
