I'm not sure this is good for lacrosse (read "how the game is played") as it stands today at the NCAA level. If you're a traditionalist of the COLLEGE/PRO outdoor game, you've got to be a little bit worried here. Why wouldn't college ADs go with this model? They'll save a ton on equipment, lodging, meals, travel. However, there'd be a loss in tuition money so I'm not sure maybe I'm wrong.

Its the Olympic Style. I do not see it as a threat to the traditional game. Cheap colleges may like it. This game is more suitable to small town high school teams. We just started a HS league in this style. These schools could not field a traditional team.
