I give the edge to Syracuse. They have better and bolder talent. They'll outscore the WIldcats and coaching won't have too much to do with the proceedings. I don't think Kelly Amonte Hiller is the coach she once was. I don't know, just seems like she doesn't have her team prepared when they get down to the really big games in late May. I would have a different perspective if her teams didn't get wiped out in their last two visits to championship weekend. I don't know if they get there this year without Scane. The Orange just have too many offensive weapons for the Cats to stop. That "shocking" NU defense is proving to be a silly notion thus far in '22.

If Cuse plays like they did on Sunday they will lose. Can’t blow a 4-5 goal lead and pray for an ot win. I say cats by 2

NU had a three goal lead going into the 4th but gave up five goals while scoring three.
They didn't do a whole lot better job of holding onto the lead.
This has a real big game feel to it. Still early but a real good test for both teams.
Breakout game for EH.....she's baaaaaack!!!

If they play indoors I give the advantage to NU. That crazy glass on one side fieldhouse causes havoc amoungst players not used to it. Goalies hate it. If it is outdoors i think cuse wins.

NU wins this one by 2. CUSE D isn't where it needs to be yet and Goalie play a little down from last year. EH rounding into form but still doesn't look like Tewaaraton self yet. If Tyrell sisters go off, maybe they pull this one out on the road, but I think NU will dominate draw and possessions will be the difference in this one.
