Week Two - 03.03.18

Saturday's Georgetown v. Hofstra game was postponed so we replaced this NCAA Game That Counts with two others. When picking a replacement game, we find a game that (a) Obviously, has already been played (b) Preferably is not being used elsewhere during the season, and (c) a good game. Good game being defined as, in order, (i) against another FanLax NCAA team (ii) against a highly ranked team (iii) Anything else we can find.

3/3 Hofstra-G'town was replaced with: 2/17 Hofstra (vs. OSU) and 2/24 Georgetown (vs. Towson).

The only NCAA team left for Week Two is UMass who plays tomorrow. Several Week two FanLax games aren't over yet but this an update of the Games as well as the Standings.

Also, Stegs had 31 points this week.

It's literally impossible for NJlaxx11 to beat me since he's down 11 and only his defense remains and the most they can score is 10 and they're going against Albany, so let's be real. That puts me in 3rd place so far. I'll take it.

Matt asked me to bench Pat Spenser but by the time I got the message or was, unfortunately, too late. The guy is a beast and I think one of the most underrated players on D-1 by the average fan.

I would expect nothing more. My players are well trained and coached and come in clutch in big situations (such as OT). We need to improve our riding and clearing game though...
