Saw this posting yesterday but nothing on their site?
https://www.google.com/search?q=concord ... tivrt=jobs
When or where did the CUAA coach go? I know they had a good season last year.
Are there any other NAIA jobs still hanging out there?
Ave Maria any word? Any others

Missouri Valley loses their coach, double whammy as he was HC for both men’s and women’s.

Big news out the KCAC, just learned that Benedictine the top team in the KCAC has lost their coach Amanda McGee. How will this effect the KCAC, will she take any players with her if she's going somewhere else?

Heard they have had hardly no apps and that one very experienced, successful coach was interested but their pay is very low. its not a cheap school and their are very strict.

They promoted their AC, most of their strong players are seniors so probably will stay put.

For the right fit, its a good first job. Beautiful place, attractive to northern kids who want to go south. they are also generous on scholarship and grants.

I think that is part of the problem, schools do not think long term or have long term commitment. Why is a good place to start, sure they have low pay in a expensive town. why not step up pay the person and try to keep them there long term? How many coaches have they been through, schools not just this one need to start acting like they really care and want a program
I know a very successful and experience coach was interested but it would have been hard to live in that area on the pay they offered.

I agree the pay isn't great. The AD made a poor long term decision with the last hire. I would say East Naples/Immokalee is much, much cheaper than Baltimore or Maryland. I think the position can be cobbled together with other responsibilities to increase the salary. The job is attractive to someone starting off their career or finishing it.

Rumor has it that Missouri Valley has promoted their GA to HC, what a tough situation for her.

Is this for sure? Nothing on their site? Wonder how many are returning since it took so long or if most transferred?

It should be hitting the website soon. For the most part, the retention seems good. I would expect a couple of girls to leave but not much more.
