ISL 2021

Post by Laxxal22 »

New season. New thread.

Here’s my 2021 preview… very long post here.

Going alphabetically I did a brief write up for each team and included a few players to watch. Where possible, I chose to highlight guys who haven't gotten as much press as their teammates but are strong players. As always I may have gotten some graduation years incorrect or included a kid or two who've transferred to different schools. I also included some guys who are college football and hockey prospects that played in 2019 but may now be focusing solely on their #1 sport.

Without any further disclaimers.

Belmont Hill: The names change but it’s always the same with Belmont Hill; ankle-breaking attackmen, athletic two-way middies, large aggressive defensemen, and speed everywhere. Though most ISL programs are rapidly improving, this speed and depth allows BH to run most teams into the ground over four quarters when things are clicking. The only weaknesses* are that the goalie and faceoff guy are committed to top 25 level D3 schools instead of D1.

*sarcasm

Luke Curtin (sr. fogo - Skidmore) He was BH’s top option in 2019 and has been the guy for Fighting Clams, so he’s seasoned. With the athletes BH will trot out to the wings, if he can even keep his match ups close BH will be fine.

Adam Figler (jr. att) Joins a long line of quick-twitch BH attackmen. Smaller in stature with great balance, deceptive strength (nationally ranked prep wrestler at 132 pounds pre pandemic), and has a surgical stick. He’ll make at least one defender fall down this year.

Tom Goguen (jr. def) & Drew Dummer (jr. def) BH has two the dynamic duo of seniors in Litchfield and Brown, these juniors are a pretty nice pair as well. Goguen got a lot of run as a freshman, while Dummer was named first team DIII all state at LSM by Bostonlaxnet before transferring and reclassing from Dover-Sherborn last year. They can both play lsm or close and give BH a top four who’d be the #1 for most programs in the country.

Ethan O’Neil (jr. mid) Eli Goldstein (so. mid) Athletic speedy guys who play with the tenacity to do all the dirty work but also have some style to their offensive game.

Zach Travaglini (sr. att - BU)
Grant Litchfield (sr. def - Lehigh)
Trey Brown (sr. def - BU)
Michael Marinello (sr. goal - St. Lawrence)
Brooks Rayment (sr. mid - Colby))
Charlie Cave (jr. mid - Brown commit)
Cam Reirden (sr. mid - UMass football WR)

BB&N:
I’d probably take BB&N’s top four players over any other team in the league’s top 4, and they have another handful of strong players. But to really compete over the course of the season in the ISL I think you need at least 15 guys who can play at a pretty high level; not necessarily all future college players but good athletes who know the game and have solid sticks. I don’t know if BB&N is quite there yet but the team has improved a ton since 2019.

Alek Goodpaster (sr. goal) Was the starter in 2019. On a team that has some pop, but probably not a ton of depth, he'll need to have a strong season for BB&N to contend.

Jackson Helie (sr. att) Missed most of the 2019 season with an injury but is a nice player mulling some DIII offers and gives the Knights another option on offense.

Nico Berger (jr. att/mid) A little overshadowed by Pappendick and Porell but has the perfect game to complement his classmates dodging abilities with a big shot off of step downs or dodging to shoot against a rotating defense.

Max Ewald (sr. lsm - Harvard)
Jack Pappendick (jr. mid - Duke commit)
Thomas Porell (jr. mid - Notre Dame commit)
Jack Elliot (sr. def - Tufts football TE)

Brooks: I know very little about this team. The program had it’s best season ever in 2019, but that squad was all seniors with a few contributing juniors. The team looks young with two or the four captains being juniors. Expect some lumps in what looks like a rebuilding year. Couldn’t find much tape on any of their guys, so just listing a few players to watch.

Tim Kelleher (sr. att/mid)
Sam Telsey (sr. lsm)
Will Creevy (jr. goal)
Alex Dixon (so. mid/att)

Govs: Per usual Govs top 5-6 guys are as strong as anyone in the league but I’m a bit in the dark after that. The school is always loaded with athletes so I’m sure the talent is there to beat anybody, but no longer does the Imperial Death March from Star Wars play in the heads of opponents when Govs first emerges from the locker room like during the 2006-2015 stretch.

Aidan O’Connor(sr. faceoff - Utah) Transferred and reclassed last year from Monte Vista, CA . Highlights show he was much more than a fogo while playing against pretty legit Bay Area competition. Could be a real weapon.

Charlie Rainer (sr. att - Colorado College) The most recent commit to a CC program that has recruited some high-caliber ISL players the past few years. Not a ton of flash but he’s lefty with field vision that allows for some pretty feeds, but can also shoot off the dodge and finish off ball.

Ben Baroni (jr. lsm/def) Kind of everything you want in an lsm - tall, fast, and relentless. Throws precise checks with good power behind them. Good off the ground and will push aggressively in transition. Definitely a D1 talent.

Ian Olenik (jr. lsm/def - Providence) Doesn’t look like a D1 defensive recruit getting off the bus, but the lefty makes up for it with quick/reactive feet that allow his stick to constantly pester the hands of guys he guards. His hockey background shows up in gb abilities and approach to transition.

Blake Weldon (sr. att - Umass)
Peyton O’Leary (sr. mid - Michigan football preferred walk WR, decommitted from Umass lacrosse)

Groton: Groton’s rate of improvement over the past few years has been impressive, confirmed by a win over Belmont Hill towards the end of 2019, and this looks like a peak season for the Zebras. The senior class is the backbone with three legit AA candidates in Doherty, Romano, and Thorndike, but also the depth to have 8-9 consistent contributors from the class. The front and back ends are really strong, midfield depth and a fogo are the questions but there are nice young players that complement the senior leadership.

Quinn Isenstadt (jr. goal) Energetic keeper and considered one of the best in New England in the junior class. Good stopper, solid outlets, not afraid to level a guy catching a feed on the doorstep.

Tyler Maille (so. att) Big-bodied attackman who played for the Under Armour New England squad. Effective bull dodger with his head up to shoot or feed, but adept off ball as well. Could grab the third attack spot or be a real weapon running out of the box.

Wilson Thors (sr. mid - Bowdoin Football WR) A team with stars at attack and defense needs some gritty middies to do the dirty work. Thors is a speedy athlete who played a lot in 2019 and has the experience to lead a young midfield group.

Magnus Miller (sr. def - Swarthmore) A starter in 2019, he’s an aggressive no-frills lefty with the skill set and smarts to deploy anywhere on the field. He along with Doherty and Romano might be the top trio in the league.

Russell Thorndike (sr. att - Middlebury)
Shane Dennin (sr. att) - HM All-ISL in 2019
Ronan Doherty (sr. lsm - Notre Dame)
Anthony Romano (sr. def - Richmond)
Nico Bowden (sr. lsm - MIT)

Lawrence Academy: A program that looks quite similar to BB&N, after a bunch years towards the bottom of the standings there’s now a glimmer of hope with a handful of very strong players. They also have a young head coach who graduated from Rivers (Colgate for college) just a year before I started looking at the league again, so the arrow is pointing up. How high will depend on the depth but regardless the team is far from the speed bump they were just 3-4 years ago.

Sean Henderson (sr. goalie - Hofstra) One of the top senior keepers in the ISL.

Gavin Begonia (jr. att. - Ohio State commit) Very strong lefty attackman. Good speed and dodges intelligently to get his hands free for lefty lasers.

Jack Taylor (jr. mid. - Jacksonville commit) Physical downhill dodger with a big right sidearm shot.

Travis Foster (jr. faceoff) Top faceoff guy for a strong NH Tomahawks club and made the New England Under Armour team.

Middlesex: It starts in the back with arguably the top goalie/longtsticks combo in the league which creates an intimidating defense. A very young attack in 2019 is now quite seasoned and one of the league's stronger units. Midfield will decide the ceiling with a few experienced seniors, exciting underclassmen, and a new fogo. If they can be a top half of the league unit then this is a very tough team.

Charlie Mehm (sr. mid), Max Bensley (sr. def), Henry Bolen (sr. def) Five seniors are committed to play college lacrosse. I haven’t seen commitments for these three, but they all had significant roles as sophomores in 2019. It’s a testament to the depth and experience of the senior class which should have 9-10 guys playing a part.

Sam Raye-Steiner (jr. att) Shifty lefty who got a lot of experience as a freshman, and plays on the top 2022 3D NE squad, so he’s seasoned against strong competition. Joins two seniors to form an attack line that should play with a lot of confidence.

Rex Mabbs (jr. mid) A tough two-handed player who looks like the next money #1 midfielder that Middlesex always seems to have on the roster. He doesn’t have the obvious D1 frame and fanfare of some of the ISL’s already committed juniors, but he should be one of the league’s top middies this year.

Graham Ray (so. fogo) A reclass transfer from Algonquin, he has big shoes to fill replacing Harry Friedman (BU). How well he adapts to ISL play will be important to the Zebras.

George Fulton (sr. def - Virginia)
Johnny Cowdrick (sr. def - Trinity)
Liam Alley (sr. lsm - Union)
Niko Maheras (sr. mid - Oberlin)
Will McCarthy (sr. att - Middlebury)
Oran Gelinas (jr. goal - Ohio State commit)

Milton Academy: Milton has had more notable transfers than grads in the past few years, losing very strong players to Seb’s, BC High, Deerfield, and Belmont Hill. But there’s been rumblings that they’ve been getting more aggressive at bringing kids in, and they have some good young players in the program. As I say all the time here, Milton’s size, location, and boarding give the program juggernaut potential if lacrosse ever becomes a priority sport there.

Richie Fearey (sr. lsm/def) Nice speed and solid with the ball in his stick after scooping gbs. Apparently will try to walk on at Bates.

Luca Casagrande (jr. def) Very solid cover defender and has good open field speed when he scoops a gb or picks off a pass. One of the better uncommitted class of 2022 defenders in MA.

Alex Godwin (jr. goal) Nothing too flashy but a solid keeper who plays with Laxachusetts.

Ralphie Vogel (so. mid) & Mike Hanlon (so. mid) Two athletic two-way middies who can be building blocks over the next three seasons.

Nobles: No lead will be safe against this offense. Attack is very skilled, creative, and adept at scoring. The midfield has a lot of speed and comfortably two lines worth of guys who can contribute offensively. There are at least two good goalies in the mix. Two strong senior defenders lead the longtsticks, but I’m not sure the overall group is on par with the Seb’s, BH, Groton, or Middlesex units. I’m also not sure about the faceoff situation. I could see the Dawgs wanting to get into track meets, which should make them fun to watch.

Josh Gangi (jr. att) & Grayson McClements (so. att) The top contenders to join Jacobs and Palumbo on what looks like the league’s top attack line. They’re both versatile so whoever ends up as 4th attack probably gets a lot of run out of the box as a middie.

Stephen Gaskill (sr. mid - BU) Great at varying his speed when dodging, devastating change of direction, and a hammer of a shot with both hands.

Brody Upton (so. att/mid) It’s tough for guys this tall to look quick or graceful on tape, but Upton consistently gets a step against strong competition for his class and his stickwork is gorgeous. His off ball instincts, inside finishing skills, and the fact that he’s a huge target should get him on the field a lot.

Roman Tacelli (jr. mid) An athletic hockey-first guy who could be a standout utility middie who can do the dirty work that helps the more polished players shine.

David Jacobs (sr. att - Princeton Hockey)
Cole Van Meter (sr. mid - BU)
Ethan Lung (sr. def - Union)
Tate Seeman (sr. def - Air Force after PG year)
Chad Palumbo (jr. att - Princeton commit)

Rivers: Rivers might not get the out of region recognition that some of the other programs, but they crank out contender teams and college players year after year. 2021 is no exception as there is strength in all position groups despite losing a talented 2020 class. The attack and first midfield are both quite strong, and the D has a D1 bound senior and junior to build around, and there are always a few hockey/lacrosse hybrid guys adding depth. Not too sure about goalie and fogo, but otherwise this team will compete.

Brian Gonsalves (sr. mid - Skidmore) Alex Vlacich (jr. mid) Two of the league’s more underrated middies for their respective classes. A lefty (Gonsalves) righty pair that both have the speed, skill, and smarts to make impact plays in all phases.

Brendan Poirier (so. mid) A 6’2” horse of a player who seemed to make every regional select squad and the all star game at every showcase. Looks to still have a bit of a “dodge through everyone and dunk” mentality that won’t fly against ISL team defense, but he has all of the tools to make a big March to May jump and the between the boxes athleticism to get a lot of looks from D1 coaches this summer.

Anthony Stillwell (so. att/mid) Good combo of skills and athleticism and is comfortable dodging from x, the wing, or up top which will all help him get on the field. He’s a lefty with a real big shot, which makes me think he could have the inside track to the 3rd attack spot joining incumbent starters (and righties) Kraft & Bell.

Nick Bell (jr. att) Extraordinary hands, very nimble feet for a stoutly built guy, and he’s also got great sense of the game. Honorable mention all league as a freshman, and is probably the top remaining uncommitted junior attackman in the league.

Joey Kraft (sr. att - Tufts)
Greg Dennison (sr. def - Providence)
Will Potter (jr. def - Utah commit)

Roxbury Latin: Pour some out for what could have been RL’s 2020 squad and the filthiest defense the ISL never got to see. Despite what they graduated, there’s still a lot returning and a strong senior class, which is good for a program that often has strong starters but not great depth.

Peter Frates (sr. lsm - Williams Hockey) Fellow lsm Anderson gets the fanfare, but it was Frates who made All ISL in 2019. Not a big kid but very fast and the hockey background is evident in his ability to scoop gbs and comfort when running transition.

Declan Murphy (sr. mid) A 2021 who kind of got lost in the shuffle, and I noticed played fall events as a 22. A strong two-way middie who will be the primary threat from up top.

Beau Keough (sr. att) Broke out in 2019 (29g, 17a) running alongside Bobby O’Grady. Real shifty and operates well in tight spaces around the net. Another guy who played as a 22 in fall events.

Riley Stanton (so. goal) One of the better 2023 goalies in New England.
Bobby O’Grady (sr. att - Marquette)
Bryan Anderson (sr. lsm - Brown)

St. George’s: Have a relatively new coach two and brought in a new AD this summer who helped turn around the athletics program at Rivers. It’s been a long time since the Dragons have been relevant, but the junior class looks strong. Imo St. G’s has always felt more like CT school despite the league affiliation and has a lot of tri-state kids. There’s a ton of talent sitting on West 1 benches that might like a change of scenery and nobody has better views than St. George’s.

Tim Evnin (jr. att) For St. G’s to compete they’ll need a couple of kids like Evnin in every class. Quick, skilled, and athletic, but as important as all of that... from Bedford, NY.

Riley Zeer (jr. attack) Has a box background which shows. Fantastic stick and ability to dodge in tight spaces around the goal.

Tyler Vigeant (jr. lsm/def) & Rocco Pace (jr. def) Two nice looking lefty longsticks who round out a defense that will be a team strength.

Owen Hipple (sr. def - Rhodes)
Ryan Matarese (sr. goal - Kenyon)

St. Mark’s: Lions were dark horse contenders last season with a great blend of strong senior lacrosse players who were 3-4 year contributors and a bunch of hockey guys who could really play as well. Thinned out by graduation and guys moving on to junior hockey, there’s still some nice players but this isn’t one of the programs that reloads every season and I think they could struggle.

Luke D’Orisi (jr. attack) Started as a freshman in 2019. Quick feet and a fearless style that allow him to dodge and re-dodge to where he wants to go. Hockey background is evident in his riding and gb ability.

Bobby Bartlett (sr. lsm - St. Lawrence football & lacrosse) Very disruptive player with nice speed both in short area quickness and in the open field.

Jackson Coutu (sr. mid - Providence) Very athletic, classic two-way middie who looks like a college dmid. One of the league’s top senior middies but defenses will be able to key on him which could limit his productivity.

Brendan Gibbons (sr. lsm/def) Real strong hockey player with good size and skill if he plays.
Michael Fisher (jr. mid - Princeton Hockey commit) See above

St. Seb’s: Seniors are a bit under the radar compared to some of their recent classes but still strong, the junior class is absolutely loaded, and some young guys look ready to contribute. Defense, both longsticks and shorties, will make it tough for any team to score. The fogo and the top omid can absolutely take over games, but it will be interesting to see how the rest of the midfield fills out. Attack has a trio of seniors who’ve waited their turn and should light it up.

Ted Harrington (sr. att) Lefty who brings a hockey player mentality to the game, and completes a senior trio at attack for the Arrows. I haven’t seen a college commitment but you have to be a nice athlete to play multiple years of varsity hockey and lacrosse at Seb’s.

Tim Souza/Andew Hahm (jr. def) There are a lot of guys in the mix to round out the top 5-6 longstick spots behind Freehill and McKeigue, Souza and Hahm should have sizable roles and breakout years. Souza is a big kid with a lot of range and gets praise for his team defense. Hahm is a physical on-ball defender with nice stickwork both with checks and handling the ball.

Will Elias (jr. ssdm) Was a freshman call up to the loaded 2019 team. He has the all-around athleticism to be one of the top dmids in the league, but he’s also one of the top uncommitted hockey players in his class so his lacrosse days might be done.

Ryan Williamson (so. goal) Was set to start as a freshman, so he’s young but not new. Quick handed and has excelled at the highest level of club and showcases, and appears to be regarded as one of the top keepers nationally in his class.

Jimmy Freehill (sr. def - Denver)
Tommy Armstrong (sr. att - Bucknell)
Time Blue (sr. att - Skidmore)
Sam Frisoli (sr. mid - Tufts lacrosse/football WR/DB)
Seamus Foley (sr. def - Union football LB)
PJ McKeigue (jr. lsm/def - Penn commit)
AJ Maguire (jr. mid - Duke commit)
Jack Rideout (jr. mid - Michigan commit)

Tabor: Everyone knew the Seawolves would be an upgrade in lacrosse when they replaced St. Paul’s a few seasons back, but it’s crazy how quickly they reached this level of contention. Every class seems to have 5-6 high level players, and that’s what they have in the senior, junior, and sophomore classes. The attack is a top 3ish unit, there are nice players in the midfield, some pretty underrated poles, and a real strong junior keeper.

Seamus McCarthy (sr. def) Another overlooked senior. Reclassed for fall events, so perhaps considering a PG/gap year, and played well against some of the top juniors in the country. I think he’ll play with a chip on his shoulder to prove he’s one of the ISL’s top senior defenders.

Jahmeir Warfield (sr. def/lsm/ssdm) Big with obvious physical gifts. Great open field speed, swings the pole like it’s a twig, stops dodgers dead in their tracks when he engages with his hands or body. Could make a real splash this spring.

Scott Witkos (sr. foso - Union) He faced off at 70% and put up 48 points for Proctor in 2019. Lakes Region lacrosse may be a step below the ISL, but it’s not a big step, and he’s had another two years to develop. With the other weapons on offense, if he can put up 80% of those numbers (56% and 38 points) it’ll be a sure sign that the offense is humming.

Cooper Manzi (jr. att) Nice feet but also does a really good job of making plays after initiating contact and getting under defenders with balance and a low center of gravity. Strong off ball sense as well. Should take the lefty spot andround out a very strong attack group.

Will Hoyt (sr. mid - Colgate)
Gunnar Von Hollander (sr. att - Conn College)
Finn McCain (sr. mid - Trinity)
Aidan O’Neil (jr. att - Utah commit)
Tim McNamara (jr. goal - Denver commit)

Thayer: Just three years after bringing in coach Ben Rubeor the Tigers have potentially the ISL’s deepest roster. The seniors are a strong group with many playing prominent roles in 2019. They’ll have to battle to maintain their spots as juniors and a super strong sophomore class will push. Overall, I see be a beast brewing down in Braintree with a big name coach, a co-ed school that’s always committed to athletics, and positioned to roadblock South Shore talent from getting up the road to Seb’s, BC High, Xaverian, Nobles, etc, while also close enough to draw from some of the stronger lacrosse towns of Metrowest.

Michael Stenberg (so. mid - Penn State Hockey commit) & Nick Roukounakis (jr. lsm/def - BU Hockey commit) Such high-level hockey prospects (D1 verbals as an 8th & 9th grader respectively) that I’m not even sure they still go to Thayer, but they had roles in 2019 and highlight how athletic and deep this team could be.

Matthew Kenney (sr. att/mid) John DeMarco (sr. lsm) Matt Vandam (sr. mid) Three guys that had sizable roles in 2019, and I thought could have DII/DIII opportunities if they wanted to play in college. They’re the type of senior role players that help good teams win.

Tucker Chanenchuk (so. def) Talented longstick with a tremendous lacrosse pedigree. One of five Thayer sophomores to represent New England on either the Under Armour Underclass or Nike Nationals squads. That five doesn’t include Stenberg and a couple of other strong players. The potential is there for this to be a very special class.

Colin Whitmore (jr. att/mid) & Sam Tavitian (so. att/mid) Two savvy, speedy, and skilled players both in the running to be the lefty attackman who joins Kostakos and McCloy. The guy who doesn’t get that role should get a regular run in the midfield.

Theo Kostakos (sr. att - Jacksonville)
Jake McCloy (sr. att - Gettysburg)
C.J. Monturio (sr. mid - Army)
Quinn McConnaughey (sr. faceoff - Providence)

Thank you and thanks to everyone who sent me tips. ISL lacrosse will always hold a warm place in my heart and following along is a fun and easy hobby. I just hope that there aren't any egregious mistakes or infuriated players/parents/coaches.

Rivers @ Seb's currently scheduled for Saturday at 11. Don't know if it'll be played as a game or scrimmage (they're all "friendlies" this spring) but it's a nice match up. I'll post a link if Seb's does a stream. Anyone know of other match ups taking place?

With today's temperatures it won't be a very fun day to play lacrosse but Brunswick @ Belmont Hill will be streamed at 3:30. Some folks on the West 1 thread are quite high on Brunswick. After the excitement of the Taft result was tempered by learning half the Rhinos starters were missing due to Covid, it will be interesting to see if/how long BH can hang with a top 10 team that's presumably at full strength.

A nice piece from New England Lacrosse Journal with some thoughts on the upcoming season (gist: there's a lot still up in the air). They rightfully charge for their content so I won't give too much away but I did find their top 10 interesting.

1. St. Seb's
2. Belmont Hill
3. Nobles
4. Govs
5. Middlesex
6. Tabor
7. Rivers
8. BB&N
9. Thayer
10. Groton

Thayer and Groton seem low to me, but it's hard to shuffle teams around when they look so close on paper. I know you don't consistently win with sophomores but Thayer's group is phenomenal.

BB&N, though massively improved, feels high at 8. I LOVE the top of the roster but do they have 3rd & 4th attackmen who can roast a shortie when defenses double pole Pappendick and Porell in the midfield? Do they have a decent second midfield and 5-6 quality poles? I don't know, but I look forward to being surprised if they do. I'd probably bump them to 11 or 12, grouping them with the team they're playing tomorrow (Lawrence), and move Roxbury Latin to 10th.

7-4 Brunswick at the half after BH got out to a 4-2 lead. A couple of head-scratching decisions in the clearing game and a botched EMO (when they could have just held the ball and started the second half with possession) lead to some unsettled goals for Wick. IMO specialist play is what separates the elite teams from the very good at the high school/prep level and Belmont Hill has really struggled at the faceoff dot. Won't be able to catch the second half, but based on the latter half of the second quarter Wick could really open it up.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
With the joys of working from home I was able to watch the rest while going through the motions on a conference call.

11-10 Wick for the final. I was dead wrong about the second half. Faceoffs evened out, both goalies played well, Charlie Cave must have sprinted about four miles in this game for Belmont Hill. Of course we'll probably find out tomorrow that this was Brunswick II that they faced but a very impressive outing for the Sextants. They will be very tough to beat in ISL play and definitely deserve at least a spot in the Inside Lacrosse regional ranking.

11-7 Seb's. Not exactly a joy to watch. While Belmont Hill v. Brunswick yesterday looked like a college game, this very much looked like a early season high school scrimmage. Hard fought and competitive, but the ball was on the ground or out of bounds a lot and nobody was snapping passes ear to ear. Looked like preseason for the ref.

Rivers is an athletic squad. They got out and pressured the ball a lot which seemed to fluster the Arrows. The Red Wings had a 5-3 lead, largely to double-poling faceoffs with one of the longsticks takings the draw. Seb's eventually countered putting Freehill and Mckeigue on the wings, and really kind of took over the game from there on out. Couldn't find a roster for Rivers, but really appreciated #22 rocking a red bandana. A nice touch whether it was a tribute to the Welles Crowther game being played by the BC women today or he just appreciates 90s lacrosse aesthetic.

Lawrence over BB&N 12-8. Close game and both teams emptied their benches in this scrimmage. Jack Taylor for Lawrence looked strong. Thomas Porrell for BB&N (4g) was a force. Both teams showed a lot of promise for the upcoming season.

I think every school is back and has officially started practices at this point. Some scrimmages that I've seen mentioned for tomorrow and Saturday...

Friday
Seb's at Pingree

Saturday
Dexter at Middlesex
Lawrence at Tabor

Any others? If any of the home teams end up streaming their match ups then I'll post the links.

Nobles at Rivers at 4: https://vimeo.com/534473623 Definitely the most interesting match up of the day imo. I suspect Nobles has made big improvements since the Seb's scrimmage two weeks ago.
