probably khan or lulley.
hope not. was hoping to see malever with the keys. or even long.
think you'll see portal with some playable depth @ umd if they're taking on one of those 2. duke will be back at it in all likelihood. my guess they get one of the 2.

"up North" would suggest a Canadian, likely Donville. Madronic is not till '23. I haven't heard of any other notable Canadians in the portal yet.

Another helluva effort, best game of the season probably. So grateful we get to watch this amazing program and group play in yet another championship game. 6 in 10 years. That’s pretty crazy. Hope the boys have enough in the tank to get one more W on Monday

Logan Wisnauskas moved into third place all-time for points at Maryland, behind only Bernhardt and Rambo.

What an amazing team. Might have surpassed the 16-17 groups as my favorite because of their heart. They never, ever quit in any game and always gave themselves a chance. Hopkins games, ND game, this one. Unfortunately just couldn’t get the last goal in this one. But man what a team. Doubt we ever root for a team as good as that one again. They were special.

Hope Wierman can hold his head up high. He played an unbelievable game.

Love this team. After the past 16 months, losing in a thrilling national championship game is not so devastating. A well-earned Tewaaraton is on the way.

I gotta think a loss like that is going to make some of those graduating seniors with extra eligibility think long and hard about coming back for a 5th year if they haven’t decided to already.

Bernhardt and Grill are the definitely gones. DeMaio we will see but seems like gone.

4th year Seniors with eligibility left: Bubba, Roman, Alex, Shockey, Rahill

Key returnees: Logan, Maltz, Long, Malever, Coffman, Higgins, Makar, Mac

What makes you say that about DeMaio?

If everyone comes back who can come back then I have to imagine we’re starting the season ranked 2nd behind Virginia. Maybe UNC comes in at 2 but I haven’t looked at who they’re bringing back. But Syracuse, Duke, Notre Dame, and Rutgers are losing a lot.

Dear Terp Fans - Congratulations on a great season and an awesome team. Great game to watch today. Tillman runs a first rate program and his guys play hard, skillfully and with a lot of class. He's also not half the douchebag Tiffany is. Hate to admit it, but was really rooting for them and wish it had turned out differently for you guys. Really thought you had a chance at the end. That said, 2022 starts now and I'm looking forward to the Blue Jays taking the big, stupid, wooden crab back to Baltimore (which is really in Maryland, not in "DC Maryland').

Gave it his all and should be very proud.

Having said that, I am fairly certain he will replay that last shot for the rest of his life. I hope he learns to appreciate what a spectacular effort it was just getting that shot off with seconds remaining on the clock.

He’d be a 6th year which is a lot of time to spend in college. And on some of the other boards some of the people with good intel have suggested that he’d probably leaving. Don’t think it’s set but I’d probably peg it as more likely he leaves

Certainly will be welcomed back with open arms if he does come back though
