Zelensky was going to make the BIG announcement on CNN on Sept. 13 and only pulled that back because the aid was released two days earlier. If Trump had only held out for two more days, and had not caved when he did, he would have gotten his announcement. Maybe he will explain his strategy in the next edition of The Art of the Deal.
