ND needs to calm down with the yellows. Not a good time for them to start getting them.

Congrats to ND. They were also the last team to beat UNC in the ACC regular season 44 games ago.

Thoughts about game:
playing indoors at ND is a true home field advantage at ND - hard to see the ball
felt like UNC goalie didnt really see ball well today
Nails and Dorsey kinda got lit up a few times today
Ahern from ND queen of FP shots
They dont seem to have that playmaker on offence (or playmakers) as in past.
Draw needs work. Needs a draw taker to give that 2nd and 3rd effort . Draw circle needs that too.
ND was hyped for this game and it showed.

Now will Duke be upset today as well?

Thoughts about game:
Agreed. Tough venue for the visitors, and mostly for goalies.
Agreed; thought so too.
Saw Dorsey get the ball watch burn three times. Not good, from such an able player.
Ahern had a terrific game, scored some vey timely goals.
I think they do have playmakers, but the connections in the middle are not opening up. Mediocre midfield play to me.
UNC draw game still pretty weak.
All. Game. Long. Real intensity and fury for 60 minutes. Gotta hand it to them.

I’m rotating on nights and missed the game, is BWW still out?

No, she played. Big effort by Notre Dame.

VT wins in the third OT. But I don’t see Duke ever making a coaching change.

To the gentleman who did the color for the Duke-VT game, please learn the rules. I can see you played lacrosse, but women’s rules are different. Women don’t serve “full time” for a knock on the head. A full time served yellow card is just the fourth for the team. It doesn’t depend on relative severity. Learn what shooting space is. Read the rule book. Watch more women’s games. I can tell you’re enthusiastic and a good talker. Now do the work.

Thanks, I’ll definitely have to re-watch. Just glad to hear whatever kept her out of the NU game wasn’t too serious - or at least doesn't appear to be.

Thanks for calling that out. If you don't know the rules, shut the heck up.

Baxter with the flowing pony tail today, has driven to the cage and put it in a couple of times with different looking shots than what you usually see from her. Love it, from the shots to the pony tail.
14-6 Cuse, 9 to go in the 3rd.

God, they do play beautiful offense.

Running clock and KT still using the whiteboard with Ward.

They sure do, just pretty to watch.
Glad to see ET back at the draw circle, she's gold. Continue to be impressed by Kayla, she's got Ward up near the restraining line as an outlet pass on the clear....real good stick to get the ball in (don't think she was ever up that far before).

Or have your starter in to the very end scoring with 19 seconds left….chasing records at Cuse Or chasing Scane ? No way to slice it - IMO not a good look. Again. My opinion. I’m sure it’s an unpopular one but with a team with 2-3 major injuries to starters a year at home why on earth are your starters (and best player ) in at the end when you have a running clock ?

I basically agree. Call KT and let her know.

Looks like another case of turf takedown
