That 200 number appears to be a recruiting goal, they were apparently recruiting at the Liberate Michigan or 2nd Amedment Protests?, but it seems like it was one option they considered among several. Sounds like the most fully formed version of the plan involved kidnapping her from her vacation home after detonating an explosion as a distraction.

I have been wondering for sometime what is legally required for a presidential pardon to be effective. One would think it needs to be a signed, written document. Does it need to be filed somewhere? One would think so.

Does it need to be made public? Don’t know. I have thought that Trump may have already signed a bunch of pardon documents for his family and friends. Even himself. But he keeps them in his desk drawer.

Given his frail health, certainly a lot of the usual suspects, like Stone, Flynn, Rudy, etc., hope there are signed documents in the White House. Otherwise, if Trumpy kicks the bucket, they will be left out in the cold. Pence might pardon Flynn, but I don’t think he would pardon Stone or Rudy.
