Eliminate qualified immunity and let the cops union foot the bill.

Manslaughter would suggest it was accidental or unintentional. Capital murder is more apropos.

Not a single one of those "experts" last week was paid, Goebbels.

I dunno, which sort of folks would a juror be more likely to be concerned about...seems to me I'd be pretty darn concerned about some clerk outing me and my fellow jurors if we voted to convict for murder than I would be for voting for some lesser charge.

The right wing nut jobs with guns would concern me. I'd only need to watch the video to know that some of those actually have a badge too.

Now, if I was a random store owner in a city, I'd definitely be concerned about an acquittal...the evidence and testimony have been overwhelming and the rage would be more intense than anything we've seen to date.

Watching this presser in Minnesota. The media really is a danger to America. They are actively and openly agitating for personal details on the officer who shot the man in Brooklyn Center (not NY, but Minnesota). They are more mobbish than most Democrats. Unreal. You have to listen to this press conference. Some of the media are demanding that the chief resign, and obviously they want the officer’s head in the public square. They are not journalists but hack partisans, no different than agitated online libs. Disgusting.

Anyway, it appears as if the police person is a woman, not a man. The video seems to suggest that the shooting was purely accidental. She clearly has no animus to the victim.

Let the riots and looting s ensue. Congrats Dems!

It is hard to tell, but based on the reaction of COP who pulled the trigger, I could believe it was an accidental discharge. Problem is, accidents happen too often when you are black.

He had an open warrant and was fleeing arrest.

Prefer that guys like him just get to drive away?

Also, a taser grip can feel quite similar to standard issue 9mm. You can tell she thought she was gripping her Taser. Don’t make it more complex because you feel a need to bend the knee to the woke crowd.
