Your implication of Trump’s words on that judge don’t square with what Trump actually said (as illogical and uninformed as they are):

“What happens is the judge, who happens to be -- we believe -- Mexican. Which is great. I think that's fine," he said. "You know what? I think the Mexicans are going to end up loving Donald Trump when I give all these jobs, OK?"

Trump is a verbal diarrhea offender. He’s impossible to pin because anyone can take anything he says and claim in buttresses their view. You think Trump is a racist. I think Trump only cares about money. What Trump said here is stupid and un-presidential, but I’m not sure it proves he’s a racist. Which, to be fair, he might be. It’s just you can never pin him with his own words.

And to be even more fair, some federal district court judges do harbor an anti conservative bias. It’s hard to deny that. I have no idea if this one does, but others do.

Back to the original point, whether a defendant is guilty or not is obviously important, but it’s equally important that we respect the process, especially juror privacy. Intimidating jurors online will wipe out trials by jury.

Our pal, referred to in ggait's byline as "the gator troll under the bridge" has a long history...at some point ggait simply compiled some of his top hits, pretty easy to do quickly, and saved it for ongoing reference.

Petey's annual predictions about Loyola's impending championship run were more likely to prove correct and were rather harmless, this political stuff is more in line with his trolling Hopkins' fans on their thread. Anything to offend others.

Of course, the political stuff has so much more opportunity for extreme statements, whether in jest or otherwise...he's far from alone in that...and very little seems to come from him in actual jest, most is quite serious and intended to offend...

One only needs to read his actual posts over time, put together, to understand.

why he's back is a fair question...it's already evident it isn't to have reasoned conversations contributing something positive to the discourse. Note, there are lots of posters who have well to the right leaning views who manage to mostly post in a way that adds some value.

... now back to our previously scheduled topic.

Today's witnesses in the Floyd trial, EMTs and medics presented evidence that makes no sense in terms of the police calls for medical support. The original call was for a minor bleed on Floyds face, which was a lower priority than a cardiac problem. The EMT's who would have responded first normally, did not arrive until after Floyd was dead and the ambulance had left the scene. They should have gotten there well before the ambulance (one of course - off duty did and the COPs took an attitude with her).

When the paramedics showed up with the ambulance, their video clearly shows the police officer continuing to choke out Floyd with his knee, after Floyd was dead. The paramedics knew he was dead at first sight, but followed their protocols. The paramedics testified that they would have needed the EMTs that showed up late, if Floyd had been alive. The police on the scene are in control of initiating the medical support calls which initiate the moving of medical support vehicles. A second call to emergency dispatchers was made a number of minutes after the first call, which did result in a upgraded code change.

All of this is really suspicious. What the prosecution will make of this during their presentation of the case will be interesting. This likely doesn't affect majorly the suspected case against Chauven.
