Nobody knows what Trump is going to do after he leaves the White House, probably starting with Trump. If we’ve learned anything in four years, it’s that you can’t predict what Trump is going to do. It could be anywhere from going to jail to winning the presidency again in 2024. I’m not gonna make a prediction because I have no idea what he is going to do.

There’s a pretty simple reason why investigations weren’t launched against Biden. There was no basis to do so. On the other hand, there was ample basis to investigate Trump. Multiple members of the Trump administration have so concluded. Mueller, Horowitz, Durham. There is a reason Charles Manson was arrested for murder and Mother Theresa wasn’t.

Will Trump fly around the country and hold rallies after he leaves the White House? A big issue is money. For the past four years he has been able to do that on the government’s dime. Government plays for the airplane, the site rental, the staffing, etc. Will he do that when all costs come out of his pocket? Seems unlikely to me.

The dossier has been proved to be accurate more than inaccurate. In fact, nothing material to this day has been shown to be inaccurate. It was simply opposition research which Clinton never deployed.

Since Trump couldn’t touch Biden, himself, he had to go after his son with the Russian hoax laptop conspiracy. The entire episode was farcical, led by lead clown and Borat star Rudy Giuliani. Concluding with a press conference at the Four Seasons landscaping company.

Some yahoo who was completely unfamiliar with Philadelphia and who was sloppier than a first grader booked the wrong site. And they were so idiotic or stubborn or something that after they realized their error, they held the conference there anyway.

The sex shop operator was happy, however, as many of the Trumpists visited his shop afterwards. No report on the increase in sales. Apparently he has more discretion than The Donald.

Mueller proved Trump obstructed justice. He should be prosecuted for that crime after he leaves office. Of course, he may resign early and get Pence to pardon him.

Junk mail ballots? If you don’t want to vote, then throw the ballot out and treat it as junk mail. If you want to do your duty as a citizen, then you use the ballot and vote. It’s not junk mail to you.

And now Trump is claiming election fraud. As if any mistakes would be enough to overturn the results in any of the key states where the margins all now exceed 10,000 votes.

And as to recounts, no recount in history has ever overturned a result where the initial margin was anywhere remotely approaching those currently existing.

It’s over. This isn’t Florida 2000. This is a landslide victory. Just ask Trump how one characterizes a win with 306 electoral votes. In the popular vote, Biden may end up winning by 5% and 8 million votes. California still has over 10% of their votes to count.

Do you think there is any chance the Democratic Secretaries of State in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin won’t certify the results? Once that happens, the electors are appointed. Then they vote for Biden when the electoral college meets.

Trump has lost all of his legal challenges so far, except two. In Pennsylvania, he got a court to agree to move the poll watchers from 10 feet to 6 feet away. He got Alito to agree to order Pennsylvania to segregate the after arriving ballots, something the Pennsylvania secretary of state had already ordered the counties to do. Alito rejected Trump’s request that those ballots not be counted now, which makes it much more unlikely that the Supreme Court would invalidate those votes down the road. Various estimates suggest that the differential in those votes, in any event, won’t exceed 5000. Nowhere near enough to overturn Pennsylvania.

It was what 500+ vote difference with Gore in Florida.... At that rate it may take 45,000 / 500 = 90. So 7.5 years for Pennsylvania. Georgia would be quicker at 12,000/500 = 24 so two years. Joe will keep the seat warm for him.
