I'm surprised Cornell-Princeton is a mid-week game. Brown has played Harvard/Yale mid-week over the years, but Ithaca-Princeton is a big trek for a mid-week game.

As for Hartford, they dropped the sport this year, so 0-0 is their correct record. Their rank is based on prior season performance. Yeah, they should be dropped from the list, but it wouldn't change any other team's evaluation.

I saw the *women's* Massey Ratings a couple of days ago where UNC is out of whack and... Got my lines crossed with this discussion. Look at UNC (who should be #1) in this Massey Rating: https://masseyratings.com/claxw/ncaa-d1/ratings. Or don't. Either way, I was thinking of the Women's Massey Rating. Sorry. Oops...

Yeah, the UNC women's team seems to have games by some other school in there, must be some mixup in the automated data collection.

I will email Ken, he is usually responsive to these things.

EDIT: Massey has fixed it. North Carolina Wesleyan games were being attributed to North Carolina.

Consider that Maryland's head-to-head win over Princeton benefits Princeton while penalizing Maryland. How? Maryland's undefeated record helps Princeton's RPI (50% based on your opponents' record) but Princeton's loss (and now second loss) hurts Maryland's RPI (50% based on your opponents' record).
