GT goalie playing better, but the Hoyas need to improve their off-ball D if they want a shot at winning this. They aren’t going to win a shootout with Virginia.

not really seeing any trying to slow it down. they will keep pressing until gtown shows they can keep them off the board. i expect kastner and saustad to keep adjusting to their matchups.

Yes. And also stop trying to make “Cotter” happen. “Cotter” is not going to happen. His name is Chris.

Hoyas are keeping up,

but I’d be worried if I was Warne how quickly a two goal deficit can turn into a ten goal deficit.

thought they might need the lead early to control pace. they're still close enough to grab it for now.

To be frank I'm not really sure what Garno offers being on the field

Hincks with 6 big saves, none of them really easy. Both goalies playing well considering the fire power on both sides.

GT stepped up on defense with improved off-ball D. Hoyas won the 2nd quarter 5-3.

most of them hit him or his stick. but he's a big body, and anything low angle is not great look if he holds his position. and he has. great bounceback by him. if he starts stealing a few, hoos may be in trouble as they also wasted a lot of good looks.

gtown been knocking down passes and shots. and hincks just took one from dickson bc he went low to low.

Those rangy uva defenders having a tuff time with cod dodgers with speed.

and nunes hasn't stolen much nor made saves that you could expect him to corral some. not a ton of soft goals, but he needs to pick it up.

You would think that because both of them announce other sports that they would know that real announcers don’t call each other by nicknames.

Maybe Lars shouldn’t have told Griffin to just run by his man.
