in the case of cuomo, he's either banking on his money guys in the metropolis, is frozen like a deer in the headlights from early covid decisions, or checking out his borrowing capabilities @ a couple percent to give him a stay until 2024. if biden loses, my expectation is he runs. think he likes his press conference ratings as much as trump does.

When a lot of police training is literally called "Killology", it should make any reasonable American scratch their head.
~1100 Americans were killed by police last year, while ~48 officers were killed feloniously. Approximately 143 of those people killed by police were unarmed. Source and source Not sure what kind of weapons breakdown the other people had, but that's a lot of dead Americans.

The video is out but the media won't release just yet, because what it shows is simply more Democratic hooliganism.
A stranger randomly slugged a 77-year-old man in the face in Manhattan, leaving the oldster with a fractured skull when his head hit the sidewalk, police said Tuesday.
The septuagenarian was walking by 300 Park Ave. when “an unknown individual punched him in the face” around 11 a.m. Monday, an NYPD spokesman said.
The man fell and hit the back of his head on the pavement.

Louisville will explode later today or tomorrow after the Breonna Taylor inquest grand jury releases its findings. Doesn't matter to Antifa/BLM/Dems what the result is, they'll riot anyway.
Will be chaos 3rd world style if the cops are let off scot free.
That will help Trump by about 1,000,000 votes nationally when the Dems burn down Louisville.

That certainly makes sense, but would your hypothesis be that non-white male police are more frequently patrolling suburban or rural areas, whereas white male officers are more frequently patrolling high crime areas???

My theory only involves where any officer patrols. I don't look at it by race or gender.
